Coming here brought me back to this place Deck in Rio de Janeiro. Pizzeria São Paulo prides itself on quality ingredients, efficient service, best and many flavors on Basilian pizza and a place that feels like home. I accompanied my pizza with a delicious Guarana and had the chance to talk to the owner Gustavo who was stupendous at making sure I was taken care of. It is places like this where there is sense of ownership and pride in your hard work that it’s worth coming back. Keep doing what you’re doing and flipping that dough to make some dough ?

I still can't believe what we went through today. We have been customers since the pizzeria operated at the other address. Today our order was placed via the app, because we were in a place where we couldn't make a phone call and we asked for it to be made in advance. However, when we arrived at the pizzeria and said that we had already ordered, the attendant said that she could not give us plates and cutlery to eat there, making us feel embarrassed in front of the other customers, as they were looking at the situation and it seemed that we had not paid. by request. We were frequent customers and I don't understand howEven though they know this, they would rather LOSE the customer, due to hostile and despicable service, than simply be kind and serve us normally as customers. First time I ordered pizza from themI asked what the SWEET PIZZAS were, BUT I made it very clear: "Please could you tell me the pizza options for the Sweet Pizzas WITHOUT FRUIT because I DON'T EAT IT, I HATE FRUIT." And the attendant gave me some options, including DOCE DE LEITE. Delivery took over an hour and when the dulce de leche pizza arrived it was FULL of coconut. I called and asked if it was possible to exchange, because I DON'T EAT COCONUT, and they simply said NO!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!They committed the feat of LOSING A NEW CUSTOMERUNBELIEVABLE !!!

I just received an order that I made through Uber Eats at your establishment, I ordered 4 things: 1 São Paulo pizza, 1 Catupiry Franco Calzone, 1 brigadeiro esfirra and 1 soft drink! The pizza was missing one ingredient! And my brigadeiro esfirra didn't arrive! If you tell me that the guy who answered the phone when I called to ask a question doesn't know how to talk on the phone! It had everything to have been a good experience but unfortunately not! I've tried calling the establishment several times and they don't answer me!

Been trying to get this restaurant to send me an itemized receipt for a week. They never provided it at the time of delivery and I called and spoke to multiple people including the manager and they sent me there on (Monday) when it was closed. Went back twice on Tuesday and called and they still didn’t provide a receipt. Very Unprofessional.
