My family and I ordered our dinner from here through Uber eats and what we received was the most deplorable food I’ve ever seen. My husbands beef burrito if you can even call it that had no beef. My daughter’s kids meal had no sides and a sad looking cheese quesadilla. My quesadilla had very old chicken in it and it was disgusting. Our queso wasn’t even right. What are you guys doing sending food out like that? You should be ashamed.

I was referred by my best friend about this place and I came for lunch today and it is just the best. And the service I experienced is just great by the I.Smith. is something I haven't experienced in any other place I have been to he very friendly and his service was great and fast. He was very respectful worker and very kind. Made sure I was satisfied. And yes I was I will tell family and friends about this place and service by I.Smith to make sure they ask for him. The cleanness service, food is what I expected.

Like inalways say when I come to eat here it's just amazing the service the cleanness the food is just the best. I told my friends and my family to eat eat here and my niece which attends Rutgers university to always eat here and to make sure that they always ask for I.Smith to serve them. Everything I go I make sure that he is working that day I just love the way his professionalism is towards his customers.so I told my friends and family to always ask for him so he could serve them also. He is very professional at what he does he is very friendly and his service towards us is amazing. The burritos are just awesome.

I’m so disappointed in the fact that their system was down. I was craving a quesadilla with their guacamole and a salad bowl. I wasn’t really too sure what I was gonna go, but I just knew I really was in the mood for Qdoba and for to see us at the door and take over 10 minutes to come to the door to tell us that their systems are down is very unprofessional. No signage was placed on the door that they were having technical difficulties. Only when we got to the car and saw another associate is when we were told that they were only taking online orders. This picture is the hours and the man making food that ignored us.
I did not expect too much when stopping by Qdoba between work and busy MBA class schedule. I was pleasantly greeted by Nasir who dropped what he was doing to attend to me. His cordial attitude and gracious communication not only made my meal better but brightened up my day. I honestly had no idea what to order and he made great recommendations after listening to what I liked. Kudos to Qdoba hiring people like Nasir who display outstanding service.

Let me tell you HOW SLOW CAN YOU BE WE ORDER UBER EATS AND THE ORDER WAS A BOWL AND BURRITO MEAL HOW TH DO YOU FORGET TO PUT THE BURRITO IN THE BAG ITS ONLY TWO MEALS. So they send the order with just bowl no burrito. LOOK I GET IT WITH BIG ORDERS BUT COME ON ITS TWO ORDERS AND YOU FORGET ONE.All I know is this place lost a customer and 01/30/24 at 915pm shift was in charge of this order.Look at the receipt it’s the first MEAL ON THE RECEIPT LIKE FOR REAL you forget to put a whole burrito.OK IM DONE
