I contacted Remarkable Cuisine for a catered dinner for Christmas Eve. Even though the delivery was a bit late, I have to say the food was truly amazing. My family raved about the salmon, the strip steak and whipped Japanese yam (I've never had anything like it and it's so good) for days afterwards. Mark and his team put together a wonderful meal, and I liked that they have Venmo as an option for easy payment.
Mark's cooking is always delicious and inspired. He brings such passion to his work and is so friendly in answering questions about his process, no matter how busy he is. The attention to detail and service that his crew brings is above and beyond. Mark thank you for all that you do and the continued passion you bring.

I booked Marks company for my Mothers 60th birthday party in Paramus, NJ. We spoke briefly a couple days before the event for coordination purposes (Mark is extremely busy as you can imagine- hard working guy). He showed up on time and well prepared the day of, his assistant Tara was early. Lovely people, friendly, sociable and very professional.
