It looks like they have charging available at tables. I sat down to work, charge and eat. Then I realized the chargers don't work. I felt a little stupid until someone 2 tables down did the same thing. The food was gross. The calamari was all thick, fried breading. The salad was equally yuck. Wilted veggies, too much dressing, super dry meat. The people were nice.

Do not go to this restaurant. Go anywhere else even get a sandwich. The service is terrible. There is no one around. They never delivered half of our meal even though we ordered it electronically on their system and paid for it. When we told them they hadn't delivered our half hour meal and it had been 40 minutes of waiting for the steak and fries, they said no one is here who can help you get a refund they said and there's no manager here. Save yourself a lot of trouble. Oh I forgot to mention the food they did deliver tasted like cat food. Seriously. And if they don't refund our entire meal I'm going to put more about the place here.

Such a wonderful restaurant with the best food. Food was served hot and fresh by our waitress Bernadette. She was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Very impressed this restaurant is in an airport. Great menu. Anytime we are at the New Jersey airport, this will be our stop before our flights. Five stars all the way!!!!

Obviously greed driven company interested in making money, and knows that you have no choice if you want to eat in this terminal as it is a monopoly (they own every restaurant here in terminal) You must order on their app, difficult to modify if you want something changed, takes a long time and must pay/ tip prior to knowing how your service is. One kitchen serves multiple restaurants and is far away so food takes a long time. Eat before you come to the airport.

I ordered omelet with onion and tomato toppings, but instead pork was added in it. I realized after eating half of it. Cook should have paid attention while preparing. I understand people make mistakes but at least should consider the difference between MEAT AND VEGETABLES if you work in the food industry. Totally ruined my day as I ended up puking as my stomach didn't accept. I was given a refund, but is it worth the mistake??? The staff was polite and helpful but cook should pay attention reading orders.

$40 for a meal objectively worse than the worst McDonald's meal I've ever had. Eating the fried artichoke was like eating an oily book. The calamari was cold and rubbery, and the fries were somehow piping hot and severely undercooked.Do NOT order from the flo.io/OTG restaurants in Newark!

The name is inviting, but the food is terrible and overpriced, even for an airport. My soup looked and tasted as though it had been sitting in the kitchen for ages. The cheese sandwich was like something you woukd give a child for their school lunch. The waiting service is rude and dismissive.

The other reviews were pretty spot on. The food is terrible I paid $47.34 for the salmon which tasted like they just took it out the freezer and skipped any attempt at seasoning it. The greens and corn that came with it tasted like oil. Like they literally just soaked the greens and corn in oil put it in a pan for a couple of minutes than threw it on your plate. It had some sort of brown mush next to the salmon which looked like dog food but I'm pretty sure dog food makers would be offended with that comparison. I thought it was strange to pay and tip before you eat but it became apparent after I tasted the food as to why. I'm sure they figured customer are less likely to demand a refund than to refuse to pay for the food. The service was mediocre at best and I'm being generous. While I was there there were three other people dinning also the whole time I never saw anyone check on anyone or ask if they needed refills. This place is not it.

DO NOT Waste your time & Money here. You have to pay beforehand online along with the tip and then they don’t bring the drinks or even beer for 30 mins. Had to leave without drinking and eating anything. Total Waste!!
