There's simply not enough flavor in the food, the rice was undercooked so it was a bit hard and servers seem to disagree as to what was free and what was an extra charge. You would be much better served going to chipotle.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Salaaritas Newark Branch. Not only was the food of poor quality, but the staff's attitude was incredibly rude. The service was abysmal, and it was clear that there was no effort to ensure customer satisfaction.I strongly advise against dining at Salaaritas Newark Branch to anyone considering it. Save your money and time by choosing a different establishment where both the food and service are worthy of your patronage.

Terrible customer service!!!! I work at the airport and I don’t go here often . Today I went there around 9:55 I notice they’re getting ready to open so I went to the restroom and came back at 10 . I’m waiting to get my order taken and the lady that was working doesn’t even acknowledge me or say anything or atleast letting me know that she was going to take someone’s else order that was sitting down . She calls someone that was sitting down that also works here to take there order . If the store open at 10am why am I being ignored and the lady calls someone else up . Work on customer service everyone is paying customer. This is ridiculous. Or the store opens at 10 and I’m making the line also waiting for them to come take my order when she comes to take the order she calls someone else that was SITTING DOWN ? ok . Plz do better . Not a hello not a good morning and that’s not how you run a business. Period

Located before the security checkpoint in Terminal B Food Court. Amazing chipotle style Mexican food. Not sure why other ratings are low. Me and my wife enjoyed the meal - Veggie Burrito and Veggie Burrito Bowl.

Even though i have not been to this location, as a boy, there was one by me. And every week i would get a steak burrito, side of chips, and a Pib from the fountain, because it was awesome that they had it in the fountain. Except one day i went, and Salsarita's was not there... And since that day i would make a wish upon a shooting star, that Salsarita's would return to Route 9, New Jersey. I hope that one day, my dream does come true, but until then i will keep on dreaming. Also, the bathrooms were very clean.-Second hand account by JPVegetarian options: N/AKid-friendliness: Just family friendly. Saw lots of kids there. With my parent of course.Parking: I haven't been to the EWR location but the Route 9, NJ location had fine parking.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there was a ramp.Dietary restrictions: N/A
I got the burrito bowl. Ingredients were fresh. Portion size is enough to fill your stomach. Service was friendly and quick. The vendor appeared to be clean, and the lighting was bright. Food was ok.

The lady behind the counter seemed to hate us for no apparent reason, more on this below. I had a burrito bowl, amount of food was great (for airport food), taste was ok!I really want to emphasise that the service from the lady putting together the bowls was horrible. It was as if she assumed that we knew what and how many of the ingredients we could choose. Her attitude was just plain rude, she whispered her words and when we asked her to repeat multiple times she raised her voice waaay high.She treated us like idiots. Even when we carefully pointed out what ingredients we wanted, my girlfriend still ended up with a few wrong ingredients. I didn’t get her name, but she worked when we were there between 11:00-12:00 in the morning (28th of July 2023).The guy at the register treated us nicely!I wouldn’t doubt that the other negative reviews are entirely true.I’m never eating here again :/

Ate here right before they closed. Burrito bowl tasted better than i was expecting for the airport and was very affordable. Staff was friendly, you walk down the line and tell them what to put in the bowl.

Food is mediocre but service is terrible. Rude and unfriendly women working the counter. Had a meal and a drink here. Asked for a refill on the drink and they said they didn’t do refills. Ok, can you fill it up with tab water? No, they said.We purchased 2 meals and a drink , not just walking up to the counter without giving them business. Mediocre food and terrible service!
