Ordered online parked and pressed the red waited for 10mins no response decided to go to drive thru and was told to go to the front window, got there pressed the bell,an employee came with a rude attitude telling me that I should wait and only say anything went they come with the food. Probably thinking I was a delivery driver.even if I was they should be more polite too delivery driver are there representing the customers therefore should be treated as such. Terrible customer service.

I never wanted to write a negative comment for this specific sonic place but I’m just doing that because I’m so frustrated and mad of my time being wasted for almost 40 minutes for no reason.The customer service for mobile orders is awful at this place. I’m so sorry to say that, but it’s the truth. 40 minutes of my time was wasted and finally I found out that my order has been prepared long ago!!! I hadn’t received it yet because I can’t scream like those who come to pick up orders, and I feel like they are in priority because of that.

Terrible costumer service, I ordered online to pick it up in the store, and my brother went to the store and told my name ( name of the order) the lady was laughing at my name if it’s some kind of joke, she didn’t even give us the drinks, we have to go back and ask for our drinks, she has a terrible actitud, I think she was high or something.The food was cold and in my cheesy French fries they even made it right! The paper of the cheese came in the food ??????? Please considered hiring people with good actitud and more hygiene

I ordered a Fruit slush. I waited almost an hour for it. And when I got the stuff for it, it was not in my food. I call the person at the store and the girl hung up on me. She had a major attitude. And I do not appreciate it.

Staff is so RUDE and extremely lazy. Sonic needs to do a full re-evaluation on this team and also hire a new hiring manager to select proper staff. Whether I arrive as a door dasher or as a paying customer, the service is terrible and food doesn’t taste like other Sonic’s. They are giving you a bad name.
