First off let me say I am a big fan of Starbucks, but at this location the staff were nasty and were doing any task other than making drinks, food, etc… After waiting in line which I didn’t mind I finally got my drink which was made incorrectly…just disappointed in the service at this location.

There is a woman barking like a dog at customers! And the other lemployes are just laughing every time she screams and shocks a customer! Unprofessional....disgusting

Yikes! Corporate should come check this one out. Baristas blatantly telling us they don’t feel like making the drinks and “we’ll be aight” when the line is super long, and they are laughing about “for real not knowin” how to make basic drinks like a Frappuccino.

The worst Starbucks

Staff are more interested in themselves, than customers. I asked for a vegetarian and was given someone else's order the item had bacon in it. Then staff said I had grabbed the item when I had not which I told them I hadn't. The service needs training on customer relations very disappointed. Would not recommend you.

Let me say that the product was good and typically Starbucks priced without being through the roof with other airport prices on top of it. But the major thing here was employee behavior. The stove was down so no one could get food and they were a bit rude to customers in line about this. The one employee at the cash register was actually very nice. But the other employees sort of went off whenever someone requested food. Then the weird thing. While waiting for drinks, a random airport employee walked up and started talking to one of the employees and just totally stood in the way of people getting their items and would not move. Then they started getting confrontational with people who were obviously staring at them confused. The employees made no effort to shoo this woman away, who was also having a livid conversation on her phone as well as with one of the employees. Everyone had to reach around this person to get their items and it was very much making people uncomfortable due to the employee's confrontational behavior and aggressive conversation she was having with the Starbucks employee. If people had not already paid for their items, this random airport employee would have done wonders at chasing off customers. Thankfully she didn't park herself at the cash register and pull this stunt.

I was coming back from a trip and I went to this Starbucks in terminal C,one level up before going to downstairs to the baggage claim. I asked a girl to make a Iced matcha latte for me. I thought that the lady would order a large size for me but she didn't even ask me what size of it. Mistake happens, probably she wasn't having a good day,but they charge me more for the iced matcha latte even if it was there Mistake, and they act like they don't even care about me like it was nothing. I think that place can be better if they treat people kind, polite and be nice with them even if the person don't have a nice day.

Lemonade tastes like the cheapest lemonade you find at Walmart. Artificially flavoured lemonade..... But still charging a hefty price.

I write this with the intention of being honest yet kind.Line: expect a line. I was lucky when I stepped into line that it was only 5 people deep. Looking over right now, there's about 15 people waiting. There's a steady amount of 7-10 people waiting to pick up their order. So keep this in mind if you're running late on time. Overall, it took me about 10 minutes to order and pick up the food item and beverage. Other people who ordered ahead of me were still waiting though.Pro tip; Order ahead here on the mobile app.Employees: the lady I'm assuming was a manager (?) was helpful. The lady taking orders could use some training on professionalism. Greeting customers as well as not using her cell phone to check her messages and respond while a customer is ordering. Was a bit rude honestly. And most likely why so many of the orders were wrong. A waste of everyone's time and supplies.Just about every order was made incorrectly. It was a little uncomfortable since you could see annoyance on some of the employees faces and the uncomfortable asking of customers to remake their drink items. I just wanted to be in an out so I didn't have them remake mine. They have one toaster so that also works against the employees and contributes to the wait time. They were out of most of their food items. Not bad if you're not picky and have time to kill before your flight.

Literally had over an hour before my flight right next to the Starbucks and all the works are just slacking off and talking it takes two minutes to make a drink and having my brother and his girlfriend work there they both don't take this long even durning a rush. (and there wasn't a rush). I was making small talk to another customer about it and she had said she was standing there for over 20 minutes for them to warm up her pastry! And after they heard us they put her food in the microwave and it was out in less than a minute. I ordered three drink all grande and one was an ice water and two pastries and it took around 30 minutes to receive all my items and my one drink came out wrong. I was in group 3 and I didn't get my drink until group five and I was the last to board. Also didn't even get my water. Would not recommend if you have a flight within an hour and a half bc you will be late.

Ordered 2 warm chocolate croissants and they were burned. One of my kids still ate it. Went back to ask for another one since it was chewy and horrible. The oven lady gave me such a nasty attitude. She gave me 2 croissants still in the bag and when I asked her to please warm it up, she started going saying “I gave you 2 croissants you didn’t pay for so you have to wait, get on line” I am still waiting . So unfortunate! Never had such an awful response for not doing their job! No a great way to start your vacation.

If I could rate this Starbucks a 0–I would. On 3/22/22 I had the worse experience with three sloth like employees including the slowest and rudest Barista I’ve ever encountered this morning. Other customers and I waited for over 30 minutes (tea \\u0026 banana loaf cake?) for our orders—receipt in photo below. I paid and had to leave my order because of the unnecessary wait; I will request for a refund. FYI, if you’re trying to rush and order before catching your flight don’t think about stopping here—you’ll pay for nothing (literally). All of them including Naylene need to be retrained ASAP on customer service skills and processing orders.

This guy Robert is just poor on service! Honestly beside the fact that that he was talking about policies and never read them by himself! Talking about the policies are regulating to take money from the hand and not from the desk, no where its written that this should be followed especially in the policies which i have read in the meantime! Just poor that a guest has to explain how to he has to do his job ??

Not the right place to order anything especially if you have only 30mins for your boarding. The brewers had no clue what each order was and they appeared as if someone played video at 75% playback speed. I hadn't learn learnt my lesson from so many people running towards their gate from the pickup area.

Excellent customer service. Great coffee. Great atmosphere. A little on the pricey side.
