They was not using oatmilk yesterday & giving you whatever. If it’s out of stock just say that & we can alter our own drinks.

They are always friendly and attentive, yes mistakes are made once in awhile but we're all human we are prone to make them. If anything is wrong with an order they kindly fix it with no hesitation. This is a small Starbucks and nowhere to sit it's just for picking up orders, so the atmosphere may not be the best but the people are very professional.

Love the customer service here. This shop is the only Starbucks that has dark roast coffee in the middle of the day. If I get coffee I should be able to get the dark roast at any time of day. Thanks to the woman working at 1pm on January 9th alone in the store..

Speed of service: wait was about 10 minutes. It was busy today at the bus station. Lots of travelers passing through. Coffee: was tasty enough. Not burnt at all. Much better than the coffee I had from Starbucks in Elizabeth. Ambiance: Full holiday cheer happening. Lovely little Christmas display. There were lots of workers behind the counter today. So it made the wait not so long. I never have a problem at this location. I'll return again.

Today did it! The staff has to attend a MANDATORY TRAINING on customer service. There is no way that one cashier is at the register attending to an elderly woman as if that is one to one care. This is not a home health care establishment. It is food service. When you have a customer that is time consuming kindly pull them to the side and get an attendant that is available come out while a cashier at the front take orders and moves the crowd. It is not insensitive it is professional. Sadly, the same person that the cashier took her time with would most likely not reciprocate the same patience. Overall, the bad service overshadows the couple of employees at that Starbucks that are effective and efficient while giving great customer service.

Standard quality product. Service was very good. No seating, just take-away in the train station. There is a Dunkin Donuts in the same hall. Lots of choices.

Extremely poor service. I went after work during my commute home. Penn station is typically busy. The Dunkin' Donuts on this day was super busy so I decided to go to Starbucks which was super empty. Upon arriving I noticed the store gate had half the entrance completely shut off. I asked the cashier if they were open still. She completely ignored me. Any other day I would've waited but I was about to miss my train. So I asked again and her response was, "you see I'm still taking people, so?" I laughed. When she finally tended to me. I asked for pricing in relation to size and her response was tell me what you want and I'll tell you the price with the stankest attitude and the only resting b*tch face. I'm from NYC where most Starbucks are greater than most Dunkin' Donuts but not here! The heavier set Hispanic girl with green eyes (maybe not green not to sure, resembles the Hispanic girl from Netflix series "on my block") has a piss poor attitude when she's having a bad day and treat paying custom like shit! And I do not care how much you know about coffee. I'd rather get McDonalds $1 coffee than deal with and unwarranted attitude. If you don't like sales get a job in hospitality/housekeeping. Ambiance was typically of corporate Starbucks. Get rid of her she a loose end, waste of pay, and of space. I walked away after my placing my order and tipped her the loose change she gave me and said "I hope your day gets better" and walked away. She took a police officer right after me and treated him like gold. Maybe she's prejudice or maybe just plain incompetent. Either way if she's there run away from this store.
