Why does this place exist?Terminal B is not exactly a pleasant place and we know that airport dining options are not the best. However, in this specific case everything here is bad, even very bad. The staff probably shouldn't be paid a salary, as they serve customers with a level of aggression and disdain that I've never seen before. The sandwich was literally dry. They refused to heat the sandwich and there are no cups.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. The woman with glasses who works on Monday evenings should be FIRED for her awful treatment of customers. She obviously hates her job and should not be allowed to be in a position that is anywhere near people. I heard her repeatedly talk under her breath about customers sitting at the bar and yelling back to the staff in the back about others. Absolutely unprofessional. This place should be ashamed to have someone like this employed. Save yourself the headache and pay the extra couple bucks for the place across the way.

I can’t even give this a star. Walked up and sat at the bar and waited for over 5 minutes while the bartender was on her phone back to us. When I said hello she rudely turned around and said yeah what. I said well we have been here a while and she said no you weren’t I just looked. She had in fact looked over her shoulder to the right but we were behind her and to the left of the bar. How rude can you be!! What a disgusting representation of American service. I am embarrassed. 755pm on 11/21/23 in the New Jersey airport

The rudest bartender I have ever met. She was rude to my husband when ordering a drink, gave attitude to just about every customer that came to the bar. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience for us and everyone around.

Really sweet ladies but they move really slow so you will wait for your food. Also, the taste of the food is not worth 15$. Honestly, this is the worst gate/terminal I’ve ever experienced with these poor options and lack of proper food.

Got 2 salad ? and the salad were brown and tomatoes spoiled and dried. I took it right back and got my refund but the female cashier was so rude and aggressive like ma'am I didn't get you this job wth...TRAIN your employers. Why put someone so rude at the cash register ? never

slept on. the muffin i ate might have been the best muffin ive ate in my entire life (im inly 23 but i do eat a lot of muffins). and the coffee? of the coffee was just phenomenal. a real grade-A, prime cut, USDA approved, FDA certified cup of joe!highly recommend flying out of this terminal so you have the pleasure of dining here
