Tell me why I ordered online. Went to pick it get to work. This sandwich look like it’s for the dog. Foot long with 3 pieces of ham. The main reason is because you ordered online, you can’t complain on the app. And you can’t get your money back. Best believe. Im going back and they have to make me a better sandwich.

DO NOT COME HERE. I went in for a tuna sandwich. They charged me 12 dollars for a literal bread sandwich, the tinniest amount of fillings. I do not know why they were so frugal with their portions. It was really said to see honestly. They did not care about the customer experience. I won't go back, that's for sure.

Worst experience ever I was pregnant and they didn’t even let me use the bathroom as a customer who paid ! As a person who worked for the company before …for women who were pregnant we made accommodations. Your store made me go down the block walking to use a bathroom I even had a mask on and everything. No excuse! You guys are just foul I spent about 60$ on food and not even allowed to use a bathroom . Make a check from corporate cause they all need training on customer service . I go to school at Rutgers u and I will never go to them ever again and I also had a group of people with me from the study team because we all agreed on food here but your staff does not know how to conduct business. I know u might not care about this store but that’s no excuse to treat people like trash especially pregnant women !!!! Shame on you !

Facts, not Feelings

Love this place!! More ppl should take the opportunity of what the Subway has to offer being located on the inside of a fully functioning and stocked store. Very friendly service too!!

I went to Subway 250 Central Ave Newark, NJ 09/11/2023 (First time visit) in the afternoon to make a purchase for approximately $40.00.The young man (first clerk far right behind the counter) did not greet customers. He just stood there waiting for the customers to greet him!! As the customers made their sandwich request, he walked away to make it and only spoke when it was necessary. The other two men that were making sandwiches were friendly. After watching the negative interactions, I just left and decided to place my order at another restaurant.Either this man hates his job, customers, or both. Will not go back.

Usually fine but this time (07/18/2023 at 3pm) there was a long blonde hair in the cookies I ordered. How? No one who works there is blonde and I am black. Not coming anymore.

The food has no covered lids, got mosquitoes in food. Akshith helped us in changing the food, but his coworker who is Indian lady is abusive and says “its food and flies with mosquitoes are common”. Lady is rude and she was working illegally there (off campus). I think lady have to be checked with law.
