The rudest worker. She took well over 20 mins to make and egg sandwiche. The manager came out and asked her why was it taking long she lied. She put her hair net on while cooking my eggs, gross!!! If you want your money back you have to go on a website. 30 dollars for 2ham and egg sandwiches. So rude!!! Omg the ppl behind me wanted their money back. If I could give no stars I would. I asked them to ID themselves so I could issue a complaint and they refused to do so, no accountability.

The menu here looked promising during a quick layover. I wanted to try the beef bulgogi rice bowl, imagining how delicious it would be given my experience with Korean food. What I received was more like beef stew with broccoli and onions over rice. No kimchi as stated on the menu. No hint of Korean flavor. Totally missed the mark. Maybe they ran out of ingredients today? Don't waste your time here. Unless you're starving and don't care what you're eating.

Lol I also should have looked at these reviews before ordering. I looked here out of curiousity to see if I was alone in my experience. Ordered on a screen. No one was behind the counter. I waited a good 25 minutes before it was ready. I ordered the Pad Thai and while the portion was generous (it felt like I was holding a brick in the cardboard container) it was pretty tasteless and was made with a very non-pad thai type sauce, kind of faintly BBQish tasting, but not quite. The chicken was pretty dry, but moderately edible. But I did worry about what this food was going to do to my stomach before a 5 hour flight to Los Angeles. I give it 2 stars instead of one because of the sizeable portion and moderately edible chicken. I don't know what the meaning of Wabi Sabi stands for, but I'll assume it means Food Sucks.

I should have read these reviews before I ordered food here. I bought the pad thai with chicken for $20.25. It took at least 25 minutes, and there was only one other person waiting for food. The one guy who was manning the pickup area looked like he wanted to kill somebody, and he ignored me when I asked if he had a fork (all of the nearby fork dispensers were empty). While the food portion was generous, the product was hardly pad thai, beyond the flat rice noodles, which were all broken up. Everything was atomic orange, the chicken was cubed and dry, there was no cilantro, and no peanuts.

If only I could give this fewer stars. The food is by far the worst thing I've ever eaten in my life. It looks like scraps microwaved in a cardboard container. And it tastes even worse. Not to mention it's $20 for a bowl. There are no people taking your order so the service isn't all that great. The food court is cool but based on the reviews there isn't anything edible in this entire place. Save your money, eat the packaged junk food because this warmed up garbage will be far worse.

Where do I even start....There were several orders placed, ahead od and after mine, and the workers just stood there talking and on their phones.When they finally decided to start cooking did so WITHOUT gloves. Went from touching his phone, to raw meat, and then immediately picked up the buns and started cutting them...I honestly just wanted to ask for a refund.

Food took over 30 minutes to be made. I did not realize it would take that long. There were two people ahead of me and I had about 40 minutes until my flight boarded. I was waiting and waiting and I had to board my flight and I couldn't get my order. The person who was overseeing the place said that I would get my refund within two weeks and it's been way longer than that. I can't get in touch with anyone from the company. No one should eat there ever. Especially if you have a flight to take within the hour.

This place is disgusting and pure disorganization, bring your own food to the airport. Waited 25 minutes for a $20 breakfast sandwich that was meh at best. One of the cooks had her phone on the cutting board, cutting food right next to her gross face makeup phone. I’m sure this is a health code violation. Food wasn’t that good. Phone checkout only and the old people couldn’t figure it out so I had to do it for them on their phone. Other people had to board flights and didn’t get their food. Just a complete and total disaster, a zero zero zero situation. Whoever is running this place should be fired and barred from ever working in another food service position for life.
