Service was friendly but veeeery slow. We ordered sushi rolls and chicken tenders and they took about 25 minutes to arrive, despite not being at all busy around 630-7pm on a Friday night. Almost missed our boarding and had to scarf down the food. The chicken tenders were surprisingly generous. The sushi rolls were fine (for an airport) but so overpriced I regret taking the family there.

Worst place ever to order a beer. It was warm and expensive. I even asked for ice to cool it down because they didn't want refund my order. I hate this place! Don't ever go there!

Great sushi and service. Located in terminal c close to gate 181. Ordered a yellowtail jalapeno and it was delicious. Sushi was fresh and the pieces were large and filling. There were 8 pieces before my pic was taken. ( Couldn't resist). Location is great with comfortable seating while you wait for your flight . Great service with friendly and helpful staff. Loved it.

Bagel was cold -right out of freezer, still frozen in places. Sausage the size of $.50 piece. Not very good and not worth $12.00. go elsewhere.

If you want the worst bagel sandwich in the tri-state, don’t hesitate! This is the place for you! Tough, doughy with an expired taste…yum! Oh, and don’t expect them to deliver it. You need to go find it after you’ve waited 30 minutes and your flight leaves in ten. Fun!

This place is great. I came here often before the pandemic and it's still great after the pandemic.Food, service, and atmosphere are all fantastic. Food came out fast (to be fair, nothing had to be cooked).

I will say that I had an excellent experience as of the time of writing. As a caveat we did arrive early so we felt no pressure regardless of speediness or lateness. The first round of drinks came within 10 minutes and didn’t feel watered down. The sushi rolls came shortly after andwhile not top tier were quite tasty, and we go to a lot of sushi restaurants out of the airport. We grabbed another two rounds of drinks afterward of different varieties and they did take a bit longer, within 20 minutes, may have been delayed per regulations — as I said these didn’t feel watered down.Overall we had a positive experience and would happily return.

This is pathetic. Thank you for the convenience of letting me order on a greasy iPad. There is literally no one here. Good luck to me right?

Don't eat here. They have a big sign advertising bagel sandwiches, so I ordered one through the online system. They brought me a dry, bland breakfast sandwich that featured wonder bread instead of a bagel. I pointed out that the order was wrong, and the employee just shrugged and said there were no bagels. Had I known this I would have taken my business elsewhere. They didn't offer an exchange, a refund, or even an apology, and acted upset that I had pointed out the mistake. I've filed a complaint through their online system but am not optimistic about a refund. Given the high prices, bait and switch tactics, and unavailability of menu items, I recommend you go elsewhere.

Food takes waaaaay too long for an airport restaurant. I ordered something that doesn’t even require cooking and they aren’t even busy. Saw other people canceling their orders as well after waiting too long and leaving.

Hands down one of the worse experiences I have ever had. The place was empty, but after a laborious nonuser friendly computer ordering system, it took 38 minutes for a drink and dry bagel to be delivered (in the airport). I had to get up and search for a person. When I found the only server, she was extremely angry and mean. She refused to give me her name (long dark hair with glasses about 30ish). I saw her pick and chose which arriving customers she would help. When I approached another employee in the main restaurant asking for a manager, she replied there was no manager. SURF should drop off the planet. SURF deserves a -50; this review site requires at least one star.

Placed an order with plenty of time before my flight. The server was nice but understaffed and could not keep up the demand of 40 patrons. All good and drink are ordered online, so no mechanism in place to get a refund. If you can’t count 3 or more staff, don’t sit here.
