Tonnie's Minis was such a great addition to downtown Newark. They offer so many different flavors of cake, cupcake, minis ice cream and push pops. My favorite flavors are the strawberry twist and lemon. I always take my son when he are in the area.

Actually the best strawberry flavored dessert I’ve ever had! I’ve never had a dessert that was stawberry flavored and didnt taste like medicine till I tried tonnie’s. Very nice people too.

Everything I've tried here tastes great. The cakes are always moist and fresh. The staff is very friendly and respectful. Keep up the great work. True story. We were at work talking about bakery cakes. Someone mentioned they don't like cakes made at bakeries because they are always to dry especially pineapple cakes. I said I know of one you all would like and brought in a few slices of Pineapple cake from here and they loved it..

This was my first ordering cake from this cute establishment, and I can tell you right off the bat that this cake was absolutely delicious. Firstly the customer service was superb, I ordered the cake on a Tuesday and received just today. They really took their time in making this cake, it wasn’t too sweet as the buttercream elevated the sweetness a little more. The color for the florets was a good contrast with the white buttercream, and the cake was super light and fluffy. Each bite brings absolute pleasure as this cake was such an indulgent. 10/10 would recommend!!

Found this Black owned bakery through Google last year and have been loving it since. Try the pineapple coconut cake, it’s to die for. Honestly everything is great there and they provide excellent customer service in store.I ordered a cake to celebrate my friend’s engagement and it was perfect! I’m sad that I’m moving out of state now, but anytime I’m back in Jersey I’ll make sure to stop by Tonnie’s

I drove 30 minutes to buy cup cake to see good reviews. But the cup cake was so disappointed. Oily and too sweet. And they charged me $15 for dozen mini cupcakes but found out the original price on the web site less than $10. Felt like I scammed.
