One of my favorite local spots to eat at in the Ironbound. The servers are always nice and attentive. I’ve tried two different tortas and they were massive. I couldn’t eat the entire torta, but was happy to eat the following day for lunch. $2 tacos you just can’t beat. The agua de Jamaica is authentic and their salsas are always fresh. I’m Mexican and I approve of this message #TortaLokas2024

They told me a lot about this place and yes, the prices are reasonable, the only thing is that they don't clean the iron, a lot of residue like carbon and that gives it a bad taste and the truth is that it gave me heartburn. I wish they would pay a little more attention to that detail.
