Overpriced food, nothing special. And if the price is that high then at least the service should be decent. Server never checked on the table, didn’t even say anything the whole time. And you have to pay and tip ahead of service. Skip this place and go somewhere else.

So, we got the steak sandwich and the Club sandwich. The club was awesome! The steak sandwich however was not. Steak was cooked perfectly but the meat and sandwich was extremely bland with 0 seasoning. They didn’t have the beer I wanted in stock so I had to opt for something else. It wasn’t a bad experience but I’d skip this place. They expect a tip for doing nothing but deliver you your food…

I had half a chicken with some buttery green beans, and it was unbelievably delicious. I swear to God I’m only eating here from now on when I’m at Newark. Dogfish head IPA. Done.

The fish & chips made me sick while I was sitting there with strong bad flavor. Reported to store manager and found someone quickly took out of my order from the system! That was a flat out flaw to cover the incident. I was sick during the entire flight from Newark to Rome. They never apologized even after the manager filed a report. Will never go back again.

Bar tender helped us order since we couldn't find our desired drinks on the app to order. He literally ordered from my phone for me. Then, when my drinks came, he told me I had to move since my the tip off of my order was associated with the original table I sat at. He went on to complain to all of the other employees, saying that we were taking money out of his pocket sitting at the bar instead of a table since my tip won't go to him. Meanwhile there was only 3 other couples at the bar and plenty of open seats (for him to get his tips). Food was incredibly over priced, but expected for an airport. 2 mix drinks and a club sandwich was 100!

Ordered meal using a QR code. Food was delivered promptly; however, the order was incorrect. My daughter asked for honey mustard with her tenders and the waiter brought packs of yellow mustard. The menu advertised black pepper aioli, but when requested, this waiter pointed to the black pepper on the table. Additionally, when I asked for ranch dressing with my wings, he scoffed at me and said they didn’t have any. His response remained, “we don’t have any,” for other sauce request. He was extremely rude. Never refilled drinks or asked if we needed anything else. Overly priced, bland food. I will never eat here again nor will I recommend it to anyone as an eating option.

Took maybe 25 minutes to get an expensive beer and a bottle of water. Now I've got 20 minutes to drink 36oz of fluid. Hands down the worst I've ever been ripped off in an airport.
