The service was abysmal. The staff made no effort to get my order in spite of getting the two people ahead of me. This is the first and only time I’ve reviewed a restaurant online. That should say something.

Worst Customer Service ever!!!!!!!!!! Speaking to the lady who picks up the phone and takes the orders is like talking to a toddler. When dealing with the public you must have patience, understanding and good listening skills. Management was of no help. They hung up on me when I requested to speak to someine in charge. This type of behavior would have you lose customers. Please explain to your workers the impotance of dealing with the public and without our business you will have No Buisness!

They keep messing up my order. Do not do delivery if you don't want to be disappointed. Delivery is also extra slow now. They used to be good but not anymore so please COOKS learn to do better. Will not be ordering from here until I see the reviews go back up because everyone else is saying the same thing.

This place was ONLY good when they first opened. Now that they got new staff…. Everything went downhill. The new cook that they have is like 20 years old and he is terrible. They either burn your food, cook it unsanitary or just makes the food bad. This place needs a new staff like as soon as possible

I made a order on line for the Chicken Alfredo & Spinach.. No Spinach was with the meal. The sauce tasted spoiled the chicken wasn't chunky it was flat. The Garlic knots was burned and hard. On top of that. Everything was wrapped like a 5 year old wrapped it..

The pizza I ordered was good and hot. HOWEVER, the damn staff was either drunk or doped up. I called and the person sounded under the influence so I went in to pick up my pie, the lady was sleep and when I woke her she was wasted! She was slurring and stumbling. She forgot to put in my order and i couldn’t understand what the hell she was slurring. SMH. We gotta do better.

My go to spot for pizza..there really is no better pizza around. My only gripe, pasta sauce is salty...I love flavor but sometimes it's a bit much for me. Paid $18 for a pasta dish...high IMO....Pasta was great tasting but I wouldn't buy again at $18...
Decided to seek out this place since Yelp gave it so many great reviews for Pizza. tried to use their in store coupon in the menu special of 2 slices with the free Garlic Knots and of course FALSE Advertising because the women with the hurt wrapped hand says it doesn't come with garlic knots only a can soda or water which isn't what each menu is saying so zero points for that. Decided to try a slice of their plain pizza and for under $3 it actually tastes good, reminds me of brooklyn pizza which is why i always stop for a slice when im in Brooklyn. Ordered the next sale item Chicken Alfredo for $13 which is regular price if you review the menu without the coupon so why add it as a coupon ....haven't eaten it yet so stay tuned im hoping it's just my timing of trying them for the first time as the place looks very clean and spacious.

The food is so fresh, the food looks good, it smell and taste amazing. I had a personal pie, it was delicious and a nice size. I went back a second time and tried the chicken Cesar wrap. The wrap was fresh and delicious. They also have very reasonable prices, and the friendly service is the icing on the cake. Overall, great quality food and service. I will be back.

I've been coming here since they opened. I often get the pastrami sandwich which I always enjoy, but today the sandwich was a fraction of the size it normally is. I was so, so so disappointed when I got home and there was literally four slices of meat on the whole sandwich. Must be a different cook
