I went to Hayek's to get an Italian Sub yesterday... so the price went up (now $13.99) the size is smaller, and the bread is different. As much as I want to be a little annoyed because of inflation lol... I must say this sandwich was absolutely delicious!!! ? Thank you Hayeks for continuing to be one of the best around!! ??

Moatly known for exceptional meat at the butcher counter, Hayeks is also thevtop choice of locals for prepared food and deli selections! Everything is out of this world.

I love their fresh prepared, home made meals. Such a large selection and I've never had a meal I didn't like! The stuffed chicken is out of this world. The meals here are better than most restaurants in the area. The prices are very reasonable.Fresh salads are great too!

Not enough eggless vegetarian options.

Fantastic assortment of food. I purchased a shepherds pie. Loved it. I Can't wait to go back. Only negative is it's crazy busy but that's understandable.

Hayeks Market is a staple in Newton. You HAVE TO shop there. Amazing selection of not just ordinary market items but most of all fantastic sandwiches, salads and the like that you can't find anywhere else. A must stop! Wonderful service to boot.

While visiting NJ to celebrate four family members Birthday's I decided to make it a surprise party. I ordered three different 3' subs, macaroni salad, potato salad, the Cracker and cheese platter and the 1/4 sheet Birthday cake with 4 names on it chocolate cake with raspberry filling. Hayek's did not disappoint. Doug took my catering order and Denise took my cake order. Food was ready for pick up at the time it was requested. I had the pleasure of meeting Doug when I picked up my order, they loaded everything into my car. Food was delicious everyone enjoyed and it was very convenient to pick everything up at one place. I would highly recommend ordering from them and can't wait to visit next time I am up that way.

I called in my order 5 min before for a THEC to go made second call 3 minutes out and added a hash brown to the sandwich When I arrived it was done wrapped w my name on it. They had kept it hot too. DAN THE OWNER TOOK ME OFF THE LINE AND I PROMPTLY PAID. very pleasant people and solid Americans here. I'd be happy to spend money here. Plus good supporters of the Knights of Columbus.

I had driven past Hayeks Market for years and finally tried it a few months ago. Now, I'm hooked! What a great selection of homemade sandwiches, pot pies, ready to heat dinners, desserts, fresh produce, and more. It's truly one of the best markets I've ever been in. Highly recommended.

Very large selection of prepared sandwiches and entrees. Tasty and fresh. Chocolate chip cookies were ok. This is probably my problem but be careful when ordering a very wet sandwich as it didn’t travel well. Still delicious though.

Stopped for a sandwich last night after work. The establishment is very clean and organized. It's very nice inside and out. The gentleman who put my sandwich together was great. Sandwich was a little skimpy on the meat and way over-mayonaised, but that's on me for not specifying. The cashier who rang me out at the front was somewhat rude. My bank card was declined, and I took one minute to transfer funds via my bank app to cover my bill. They were not busy and there was no line behind me. She felt the need to tell a customer at another register my card had been declined due to insufficient funds, and that she had no idea why "they can't just check before they come in", I'm assuming "they" meaning "customers." I reminded her that these things happen sometimes, and she informed me how tired she is off dealing with it. I paid and went on my way. All in all I used maybe four minutes of her time. It's okay to be frustrated with the customer. I've been there a million times. But try to save the comments for the back amongst coworkers, out of customer earshot.
