I got teriyaki chicken bowl and pizza. Teriyaki chicken bowl was the worst thing I have ever bought. Over much teriyaki sauce and chicken pieces are the worst parts of chicken. Position is miserly, thanks God I didn't like it and waste less. Pizza dough is scarious and tough.
My wife didn’t realize she ordered the wrong salad, and as we debated re-ordering after the food was delivered to our table, the store manager (Josh) surprised us with the salad she wanted. That is customer service. Thank you Josh. You redefined customer service! Excellent.
