I've been blessed to have eaten Eggs Benedict in some of the finest hotels all over the world. Spring Diner traditional Eggs Benny is as good as it gets. Tangy Hollandaise with perfectly cooked soft-poached eggs. The service by Yvonne was very pleasant and attentive. Definitely a new favorite breakfast go-to.
The French toast is why I come to New Jersey from Pennsylvania. It has wonderful flavor and it just brings a smile to my face. The home fries are well seasoned and cooked to perfection.I've met the owner and he's very humble and friendly. The staff are very friendly and they engage with customers. Sometimes we all have bad days but the staff make you feel at home and make you forget your troubles.The place is small but humble. Quaint little place. Looks like "typical" (in a good way) new Jersey diner - imagine mobile home converted to a diner.When we arrived, it was empty, but that's not an issue to me.Food was good, served quickly, and staff was attentive.We have parked in the street - not sure if the diner has designated parking.
