Store manager is super rude as well as all of the employees I wanted to see the difference in chicken and the employee refused to show me, I HATE THIS LOCATION, as well they rush you when your trying to make a quick decision.

Do NOT order online. I made the big mistake of ordering a couple of footlong subs online and when I got home there was no cheese! The website description clearly states cheese is included. I called the location and was told I have to specifically request cheese. There is no box to check during the online order process if cheese is wanted as it is supposed to be included. If they weren't sure if I wanted the Provolone cheese that was supposed to be included, not as an add on or extra, why didn't they call or email me? I will be driving to Jersey Mike's Subs in Sparta,NJ from now on. It may cost a bit more, however, I will get to see the sandwich actually being made with freshly sliced meats and cheese right in front of me. The Subway corporate headquarters do not even have a customer service number to relate a store experience as they don't want to talk to anyone. Without the customer there is no business!

The place is clean. When you arrive, the ask you about your choice of meal. Very polite. From start to finish, the person ask you if you want your lunch to eat there or out. Awesome person!!! Love Subway!!!!

Terrible that they don't participate with any coupons on the app. Don't go to this location go to sparta subway instead they do let you use the deals there and its not that far from this one. The app has deals for a reason and the owner of this location rather charge people extra during a tough time instead of go along with subway deals. Horrible the way they treat the community

I went there expecting my meat to be sliced fresh. When I got there I saw the meats were still pre sliced. When I asked about the fresh sliced meat Subway advertises I was told it’s freshly cut an hour ago. Meat cut an hour ago, is an hour old. NOT fresh sliced. Disappointed, I left.

For the first time in 3 years I have decided to goto subway. I have seen the new commercials and decided to see what the hype was. I checked online to ensure I would be able to walk-in, however upon arrival this was not the case. I showed up at 8:30 on the dot and the store was closed, yet online it states 9pm. Now I don’t think I will be coming back for another 3 years. Please update your sites.

Great service from the employees and owner, the food was delicious, and it was the cleanest location I've seen.
At 11 am this morning (10/19/22)I arrived to pick up 2 doordash orders that weren't even started. The store was busy and only one employee working but she sure made sure to handle every single person's order that walked in before me and after me making me wait for 20 plus minutes. After 20 minutes had passed I asked did you even start these orders and she said no because you were late which was not true I was actually 5 minutes early and the doordash app will show proof of that. That's not right to just continue orders one after the other and make doordash customers and their employees wait. I will never pick up any orders from here again. First and last time here, lesson learned.

When did Subway get so bad? $6.99 for a tiny scoop of dried out chopped chicken unevenly spread out on a bun twice its size? All I could taste were the condiments. Could not find the cheese or meat. Terrible. And another $3+ for a bottle of water and a bag of chips? Never again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I just got back from the ER , salmonella. I got salmonella from a sandwich I ate from this place. Never again!!!!! Now i face A whole week of pain, er visits and issues all because I ordered something that was supposed to be made fresh. Despicable

Asked for two meals dude looked me in the eye and ignored me. Paid almost $20 for two 6” that had like half a scoop of chicken on it. Made no effort to care my order wasn’t up to par. Boss made side comments he will add more when they lower costs. Unprofessional and if you want an actual sub with things on it just try another place at least until they put customers first. Unhappy and I used to enjoy this place. So long for now.
