Our Server Justin gave excellent personal service, the focaccia bread , the complimentary potato, appetizers, entrees and desserts were exceptional, the restaurant is in an old house set next to a farm , just enough tables in each room, very pleasant and accommodating staff and the ambiance was excellent, great job!

For where this place is, it has no right to be as good as it is. Some of the best food I've ever eaten. It's pricey, but frankly the quality of the menu justifies it. Drinks are great too!

On our first time here we chose the Chefs tasting menu, and it did not disappoint! Everything was delicious, the service was very good, and in beautiful historic old home. Definitely recommend for everyone to try out this much needed gem here in the county!

Food is delightful, and beautifully presented. They now have there liquor license, which we thought was wonderful, until we were charged $26 per drink. We were disappointed at the extreme cost for a simple drink.

Everything from the bread right to the dessert was absolutely outstanding! The crispy rice appetizer was ridiculously yummy! The tagliolini pasta as a 2nd course followed by the lobster was amazing. Will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Circle and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped in, the service was unmatched. Justin, our server, did an amazing job ensuring our evening was perfect. Before diving into the appetizers, I must mention the Focaccia bread they serve—it's unlike anything we've ever had. We would have happily eaten many more plates of it!Now, let's talk about the food. We started with the Crispy Rice appetizer recommended by the staff, and it was a revelation. Adding caviar took it to another level, making it a unique dish we've never had before. The lamb ribs appetizer was also a hit, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. For our main courses, we indulged in the NY Strip Steak special and the Faroe Islands Salmon. Both dishes were outstanding; the flavors were exceptional, and the presentation was top-notch.Dessert was equally delightful. The Apple Tart was a beautiful balance of sweet and tart flavors, and the coffee ice cream was the perfect ending to our meal.Overall, The Circle exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was outstanding, the service was impeccable, and the ambiance was perfect for a memorable dining experience. We can't wait to return!

Not your typical "card " holiday dining experience. Each course is perfect. Not assembly line cookery. Each bite is flavorful and just what you expect from The Circle! Excellent dining experience. 5 stars everytime.

Service was excellent! Atmosphere was great! Drinks, appetizers and first course were really good. When it came to the entrees they weren't as hot as they should have been and there was way too much salt for all four of us and we all had different choices. We have only heard great things about The Circle so we plan on trying it again.

Ate the tasting menu, and asked for one substitution. Everything prepared individually for each of the six courses --oysters, soup, pasta, salmon, duck, and dessert. Best ingredients. Well paced service, plenty of time to enjoy each item and have dinner conversation. Every plate beautifully presented. Priced fairly at $100. Happy with the selection of wines. Suggestions: (1) the tasty sauce for the salmon might have benefitted from being made lighter or fizzier; (2) the dessert was fantastic, but a bit too much and heavy for me after such a complete meal -- but I ate it all! Gourmet-class food preparation. Great to have this restaurant in the area. Loved my first visit. The Circle is at the top of the list for a return visit when wanting a grand meal very well prepared and delightfully served. One goes to a restaurant mainly to eat good food. The atmosphere is secondary. Nevertheless, I found the chairs and tables a bit uncomfortable and the decoration quite stark. More elegance would better suit me without being fussy as the building is not grand. It does have plenty of character though and I'm glad to see that diners are spread about in at least three rooms. I recommend this restaurant for someone looking to spend an entire evening enjoying the company of others at a splendid meal that you wouldn't (or in my case couldn't) make for yourselves.

Everything was delicious. The table favs were the salmon, raviolo, scallops and duck. Don't leave without having dessert. The apple crumb with honey ice cream was fantastic !!

We enjoyed the food but found it a little over complicated. We were not in a rush but waiting over 45 minutes between courses was a little long. Maybe the kitchen was having problems but nobody gave us any explanation. In the end it was a 2 hours and 15 mins three course dinner. We might give it another shot in the summer.

This place is truly a wonderful place. The food is outstanding, the chef really knows how to change the menu up seasonally but at the same time keep some staple dishes on the menu. Additionally, everyone who works there is truly trained professionally and they are very kind and warmhearted. The major D is an outstanding man and all the waiters and waitress have just such a wonderful smile on their face that really shows they love what they do. Thank you for a wonderful evening and thank you again as always for making my family feel so warmed, welcomed and to have a wonderful experience.

What a gem! So fortunate to have The Circle in our backyard. We dine out often and would like to think we have good taste. And this is Sussex counties finest restaurant. The old farmhouse vibes, wonderfully creeky plank floors, ambience and top notch food all come together like a warm hug on a cold winters day. All of this is brought together by the wonderful staff and maitre d that will ALWAYS greet you with a sincere smile and pleasant welcome. Must go if you enjoy a true culinary experience.
