This Boston Market before it closed their food was great.They opened again under New Management and I was excited but recently I bought food and it doesn't taste the same. The chicken is dry, the mash potatoes, and macorini and cheese don't have any flavor. Also the Apple pie i didn't like.Disappointed. I won't be going back.

Since they reopened the store. The quality of the chicken suffered. The chickens look smaller and are usually dry. But the servers are very nice and trying to make the best of the situation.

I was hoping with the reopening things would maybe be like they were. Unfortunately that was not the case, and nothing tastes like it used to (in the worst way possible). I would not recommend giving this place another shot, we didn't eat any of it because it genuinely just did not taste good. Total waste of $60.

Really bad. It was slipping badly before it closed for a while, but now it's even worse. The cornbread was made of yellow cake mix, kid you not. Nothing is Boston Market franchise specific any more, just random bags, plates, silverware, etc. The broccoli tasted rotten, the cornbread as described was cake mix. The dill potatoes were OK, as was the meatloaf, but never again.I've been eating here over 20 years and at this point the place just needs to close. What once was a wonderful restaurant is now just a shell of what used to be.
