I ordered deliveryMy partner has a severe spinach allergy, bordering anaphylactic.I always add *severe spinach allergy* to my orders as an FYI for cross contamination purposes as it’s a very odd allergy.This was supposed to be a roast beef with cheddar subbed in place of American cheese.To our disbelief, my partner was eating her sandwich to find SPINACH in it and not that it even matters at this point but they also didn’t swap out the American cheese.Now I have to hope that the benedryl does its job and it won’t be followed up by a trip to the hospital.I’ve attached a photo to show that I wrote severe spinach allergy.It’s beyond concerning that this was overlooked and misinterpreted entirely.As someone who not only has a partner with food allergies, but a child with food allergies as well..it can be a life or death situation and I take it very seriously.I hope my review will be adequate feedback to ensure future customers who vocalize food allergies are safe.

I ordered 2 sandwiches today in advance over the phone to pick up (one sub and one chicken cutlet) and they were both delicious. I enjoyed how the lettuce, tomato, onions were thinly cut and not big chunks on the sandwich. Great quantity of food for the price - very fresh. The workers were very nice, and it's great that there's a parking lot. I will definitely be coming back and can recommend this place :)

Surprisingly I haven't reviewed Florence's as much as I've been here. This is now become our "go to" breakfast sandwich spot in my town. I was losing faith in finding a solid local place for Taylor Ham, Egg and cheese until now. Service is bar none. The owner is always there and always on his game. The prices versus the quality is absolutely insane. He can easily add an extra dollar or two to his prices and still be competitive with surrounding shops while being 100 times better. The Taylor Ham, egg and cheese is the best in the area. I always get my breakfast sandwiches on rolls and the rolls they use are always phenomenal. No skimping out here. Pile of Taylor Ham, two eggs and cheese on top and bottom. I also almost get an order of their home fries which is also one of the best around. For some reason, everyone else seems to say undercook the potatoes where is these are always tender and mixed with peppers and onions. I need to somehow make it over here for lunch but for breakfast, this is a must visit.

Owner greeted me as I walked in which is always a plus anytime any establishment is aware of customers entering.Service was quick and the product was what I expected. (picture attached)Good bagel, pork roll (not greasy) with egg and cheese at $6.They have a nice public bathroom which you dont see often at any bagel place, They have a few tables . Nice, quiet interior.

Al always takes good care of me best french toast and bacon in New Jersey, the best state. also they have these dbz/dbs figures hanging up. i’m so happy that a business owner like Al has survived raising food prices. I think he should raise prices cause he’s got great food and he’s a great guy and good business deserves good money, GO TODAY! Delighted to find this pearl of a deli in North Arlington! I originally ordered a chicken Parm sandwich that turned out to be flavorful from the first bite to the last. The owner even provides a welcoming vibe; as someone who is not a morning person at all, I adore anything that makes mornings more bearable. Also AL's coffee aroma is majestic! I asked for his recommendation the next morning; he suggested the Roast Beef sub and it did not disappoint.
