Some of the best bagels I've had in quite a while(crispy exterior with a soft interior). They offer a large number of sandwiches available as well as empanadas. Just not a lot of space inside to eat. Staff is very friendly.Dietary restrictions: They offer a number of meats if a person doesn't eat pork.Parking: It's part of a strip mall with plenty of parking.

I've been in here a few times and also ordered through UberEats. The preparation options are a bit confusing on the UE app but I call in, they always fix my order, and prepare exactly what I want. Not only did we wait 30 minutes for 2 wraps, they charged us $26 for them! We literally got Taylor ham and egg on one and BEC on the other, nothing crazy! First and last time we go here.

Move over NY, the best bagels are at Metro Bagels in North Arlington. This is a small take out place, there is a counter where you can if necessary, but it is better to take out. The menu is extensive, with loads of sandwiches and grilled food. Family owned and quality food. Great prices.Parking: Parking is shared in the strip mall

Me and my husband would say this is the best breakfast burrito we've ever had. I think they put a hint of barbecue sauce with ketchup in it such a breath of fresh air and a different take on a breakfast burrito and the home fries inside 10/10 it's something my grandmother would've cooked definitely will be back and worth the money!!!!

Metro Bagels and Grill is an absolute gem of a bagel store. The bagels are nice and chewy, and their sandwiches quite substantive. I had the Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese and found it very well done. The bagel was a bit larger, and the sandwich ingredients were more generous than other comparable stores. The staff was very amicable and accommodating, as well as engaging. It is very apparent that they take their craft seriously, and almost make it a point to please their customers. In my case, they succeeded, big time.
