This location has seen better days. I can't tell you if it's a post pandemic thing but this place was a dump and not at all how I remember it.We walked in. Not an employee in sight. There was one occupied table of some people who were just finishing up.After about 10 minutes, I had to call into the kitchen to get service.We finally ordered and they gave us the drinks first. Bottled Pepsi from a cooler that was already room temperature and a few plastic cups no ice.We made our way to our seats, sat in the least tattered of the booths. There was no temperature control either, the place felt humid and uncomfortable.At least the food was what I would expect from a Pizza Hut.It's a shame really. There are so few Pizza Hut locations to sit and eat.I hope someone takes notice of this review and puts some love back into this location.

This is the worst service!!! I don't recommend this location to anyone. The app does not function with the restaurant. Orders are not received but you will be charged!! No food, No management, No refund, oh and the store hours online are incorrect as well.. says closing 1am, order was placed 9p yet on the phone 11p they state they're closed..If I can rate No stars I would but then this situation wouldn't be escalated to warn other customers DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! This store at the North Bergen location is being run by young kids with no restaurant experience or communication skills to resolve issues with customers. Save your money & go elsewhere or to another location. I tried 7x's to resolve the situation & was transferred over & over again!! No manager available to speak too. Just call centers to take complaints. I will be attending the store in person for a refund..embarrassing!

They're okay, they're Pizza Hut. They seem to have a problem when it comes to wings though . Three different times I ordered wings and they messed up by giving me the wrong sauce or the wrong selection (they have bone in and boneless). Now this most recent time I asked for naked wings with sauce on the side. And they poured the sauce on top. I actually called my order in to avoid any mistake and cause I had a credit from when they messed up previously. I think I'm just going to stop getting the wings.
0/10 I wish I can’t have no stars at all! I never got my delivery waited more than two hours and called and never got an answer they would just leave me on hold for 10 mins and hang up. Never again!
Will not be ordering for Pizza Hut again. Took nearly 3 hrs to get my order, and spent nearly an hr trying to get ahold of someone to figure out what was going on. I kept being connected to a call center to place a new order rather than the store that I actually ordered from.
