Born in Manhattan in 1960 and have resided in Brookyln and Bronx in my short years I speak from personal experience. Rose Deli is the last of the Mohicans in Hudson County. God bless them. They Rock! awesome fresh Muttz, best Deli cuts and Italian food made right. I know I once was married to a Calabrese. My taste buds knows the real deal. Must try or miss out!
I have been past this place so many times but never tried it. We ordered from this place for a 12:30 pick up. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted by one of the owners. He was super nice. The food wasn't ready and waited about 12 more minutes or so. When it was ready, there were a few heavy items and some of the staff helped me get it to my car. I paid and left. For my meal I got the veggie burger with a side of fries.
