Arrived at 11:10PM to grab a sandwich. The staff very rudely said they were closed despite the store hours clearly showing they were open until 11:30. Will not be visiting this location again.

Terrible experience. I want to give 0 start but have to select 1. Order through the app 2 meals. Only 2 messy sandwiches arrived one of which was not what I ordered. There were no drinks and sides that I paid for. When I called to ask for a refund of the missing items I was told "we are busy! I'll call you back" and hung up on me. They showed no intent to call me back, did not ask me my name, order, or a call back number. When I called back, I asked for a manager this time and the employee that answered just hung on me.Not sure what the point in offering delivery is if I have to drive back down there just to get me refund. Stay away!

Very disappointed, I ordered 4 veggie patty sandwiches with Italian herbs and cheese & they used multigrain bread instead of Italian bread. So, I tried to call them 2-3 times but no one picked up it.

Not the biggest fan of Subway over Blimpie, but Subway has improved a lot. Friendly workers for the most part. Good sized portions of meat that don't make you want to say.. can you put more? If you like steak, try the monster sub.

I really enjoy coming to this specific location once in a while but unfortunately today was a complete nightmare. One of their employees (not sure about her name but she was the one with glasses) simply went crazy on a customer who couldn’t speak proper english and could not fight back on a simple order. Absolutely not acceptable! This is no way to treat a customer whatsoever, that too who’s a minority even if they’re wrong. The owner should definitely look into this and take strong action against her otherwise someone will.

Quality of sandwiches and service has gone down drastically at this place lately. Quality depends on who makes the sandwich there, and most of the times I was disappointed. Never going there again.

Watch out when you order a Roast Beef sandwich here. They will bare bones your meats with a few measly slices. They hoping that you veggie the hell out of your sandwich to make it look fuller.I recommend going to the Subway on 1212 Summit Avenue heights plaza. They at least give you more.
