Very disappointed with them! Ordered 2 bagels toasted- one veggie cream cheese and tomato, another plain cream cheese and tomato. Both came untoasted, both with veggie cream cheese and only one with tomato. The staff just seemed a little chaotic and unorganized. The omelette wasn't bad. The bagels, however, were mediocre at best.

Pretty overpriced. The bagels are good but the service is terrible. They take the orders wrong and forget things and charge you for them anyway. I pay $20 for 2 bagel sandwiches and they forget the cheese on them. How annoying. Won't be going back here.

i’ve come here a few times and have never been disappointed. today was a bit disappointing. my brother and i waited a whole HOUR for a bagel. it turned out to just be a mix up because someone ordered something similar- i’m not sure what exactly happened but mistakes happen and thats okay. the guy who was on the register gave us a refund after i complained and was extremely apologetic and had our bagels made again. he was trying to talk to a young lady who also works there about what happened and she was being super rude to him. he was trying to ask what happened and she was being a jerk about it. anyways, the guy who refunded us was great. the food was also great. that young lady was not so great. i’m not too concerned about the food taking so long because this has never happened to me here before. and they did the best thing they could to rectify the situation. kudos to bagel fresh!

Not a fan of this place at all. For a new visitor, the place is extremely unorganized when u walk in. People standing all over the place, no clear direction where to go or whos in front of you to stand at a little tablet to place your order. No thanks, I just left after a few minutes. I'm on break I don't have time to stand behind someone scrolling the whole menu with multiple people behind them. Won't be going back here, idek how the food is..
This is easily my new favorite bagel spot. The bagels are soft and delicious and the ingredients taste fresh. The wait times are not long but that depends on how busy it is when you arrive. The girl at the front counter was very kind and I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!

Amazing place to get food. The people in there are polite and courtesy. Joe the owner of the place is humble and friendly. The homefries are delicious you won't be disappointed.

This has always been my go to place until my order kept getting messed up over and over again. I usually get the porkroll sandwich well done. Each time I get it the porkroll looks like it barely touched the grill. I go back in and one of the workers tells me to call ahead next time because it takes time to make it well done. I try calling ahead and they do not take orders over the phone. So once again I go in and get my usual and again the porkroll is barely cooked. I take my sandwich back and the workers look at me and talk about me to eachother. I go back one more time hoping this time they will get my order right, this time the cook deep fries my porkroll to a potato chip consistency which crumbles my whole sandwich apart. I will never go back. So disappointed
