can’t make the order right. should keep a separate pizza cutter for veg and meat pizza which most of the locations do. they usually keep color coded knifes green and red to avoid the contact.

Had ordered 16 pcs chicken wings. What I got for $15.99 was more like 16 pcs of chicken popcorn. When I showed the employee his answer was that chicken shrinks when they cook it. In past never had this kind of experience. It was rip off.

Placed an order through the phone for curbside pickup for just 2 breadsticks. The guy said it'll take 17 minutes. Got there in 20 mins. He said he'll make it for us but it'll be another 10-15 mins. Currently waiting an additional half an hour for just breadsticks. Update: walked in AGAIN and the guy JUST PUT THEM IN!!! I've been waiting an hour for breadsticks. He literally forgot to put them in.. how you do that if we asked abt them 3 times??

I didn't have high hopes when we came in last Saturday for an early supper, after our planned restaurant turned out to be closed. But I was surprised...in a good way. We had a hand-tossed crust veggie pizza. It was truly delicious by any standards. The crust was perfect, veggies were fresh and neither watery nor greasy, and the flavor was great. The large pizza, while not huge, was enough for 3 people (we intended to have ice cream later). The restaurant was clean, and the young woman who took our order and brought the pizza was cheerful, calm, and seemed to elevate the whole place! So I have to call this my best Pizza Hut experience.

Well am writing this review for the lady who takes order.. she is amazing . What ever the mess the kitchen guys do, she covers it up. There was lot of mess in our order. But I still give 4 stars just for that one person who ensured that we don’t leave unsatisfied. Thank you lady.
I don’t normally leave bad reviews but todays experience around 8:15PM tonight was awful. I placed my order on the app and stood on line for my order- no problem there.The guy at the counter:But when I got to the counter the young guy with a slight afro and semi chubby cheeks just rudely starred at me without saying a word.. I didn’t know if he was ready for me bc usually they say “hi how can I help you” or something even one word. He just stood there waiting for me to talk so I told him my name. He rudely said the amount I owed, walked over to get myorder and practically threw it at me. I still kept my composure and said thank you; with no response. Usually I would say something but I took the high road. If you don’t want to work there, then quit- don’t give the brand a bad name.The pizza:I got my order and came home. I asked for well my pizza to be well done and it was the complete opposite- the dough was still raw. Picture attached for proof. I’m not picky and am ok with medium but this was not even cooked- you can see the raw dough. I had a slight stomach ache after eating a slice so I threw it in the oven myself. But come on- idc if you didn’t read my instructions but atleast look at the pizza to make sure it’s actually done before boxing it for safety reasons. It’s pizza for god sake- it’s not rocket science

In my opinion the only thing this place lack is workers they are hiring for waitress if anyone is interested I went today and the pizza is freaking amazing the person who took our order was really awesome like I kept asking for things my siblings and parents wanted and he gave them to me without being rude . Overall the server was very nice we ended up dining in and got a cheese pizza and veggie lovers . I have been to lots of pizza huts around US and this is one of the best places . I WOULD RECOMMEND this place !!!!! I

They don't send all the items you paid for. They won't pick calls and customer care at corporate couldn't care less.

They almost never send in all the items you ordered for delivery. Customer service is pathetic. No one ever picks up the phone at the store. Pizza hut corporate couldn't be bothered and will literally drop your call after you make the complaint.
