In my opinion the only thing this place lack is workers they are hiring for waitress if anyone is interested I went today and the pizza is freaking amazing the person who took our order was really awesome like I kept asking for things my siblings and parents wanted and he gave them to me without being rude . Overall the server was very nice we ended up dining in and got a cheese pizza and veggie lovers . I have been to lots of pizza huts around US and this is one of the best places . I WOULD RECOMMEND this place !!!!! I

They almost never send in all the items you ordered for delivery. Customer service is pathetic. No one ever picks up the phone at the store. Pizza hut corporate couldn't be bothered and will literally drop your call after you make the complaint.

Didn't even get a chance to try the food here, but the place looked dirty as you walked in the employees worked on camped with several individuals with long hair, picking out their hair as they were making food I wanted to eat in, and I asked the clerk behind the counter how does it work? Do they have waitress service, or do I have to order at the counter? He said he didn't know and then asked me if I called ahead I asked him again I want to eat there do they have table service and he said well would you like to order a pizza? At that point I just shook my head and walked out.

My mother came in yesterday to get some pizza but also to surprise us with what she had seen on the commercial which was the PIZZA HUT MELT She bought 5 and every last one of them were burnt to the point you didn't want to eat it She also bought cheese bread which was all also burnt This is ridiculous...how do you let a customer who spent their hardworking money in here leave with such completely off food!You can tell they don't care about the customersI wouldn't recommend this place and if I could put one star I would

First off completely got the order completely wrong. Second when we called the store the so called "supervisor" refused to correct the situation. Said he had to speak to his manager and gave us two fake names first "Kevin" and afterwards "Dan". This franchise owner should be embarrassed by the incompetent team he has running his investment. Also FYI when they're in the wrong they will not hesitate to hang up. Issue has been already escalated to corporate. Customer service is key to success and frankly for a franchise nonetheless this should be paramount in maintaining the image that your parent company would want to embody.

Just is not that good anymore like it use to be. The pizza is too cheesy, but one thing I can say is that the bread is good.

A bit of deceptive advertising. They advertise online $15 box, which is supposed to include a one topping pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. But when you go to checkout the price jumps to $18.75.....they add $3.75 onto the price for "additional toppings"....even though there are no additional anything. The price is not bad for the amount of food you get....but they should advertise correctly.

Not sure where all the 1 star reviews come from, tbh based on them I almost didn't visit, however my trip down memory lane met my expectations. It was my first visit here yesterday - I used the app to order for carry out. My pizza was made as requested on time. Cheese bread was an absolute hit. Staff were courteous and the pies were hot on arrival. I posted instructions for allergy purposes like ' no cut and to use clean gloves when prepping' and they were followed to the T. I know these instructions can be overlooked but it makes a big difference to those who have dietary restrictions - so thank you for that. I'll definitely be coming back
The Pizza Hut here consistently has fresh pizza, that same delicious Pizza Hut crust were grew up with. We've ordered pizza to go from here countless times and have not been disappointed. They add plenty of toppings, honor request to not cut, and have offered a new pizza if anything goes wrong. The staff has always been pleasant to deal with.

Charged me $4.00 for a delivery fee, come to find out it was handled by doordash, which I could have done myself for $2 less. Then, get my food and it is wrong and I didn't get my Pepsi that I paid for. Door dasher refused to deliver to my room, so I had to go get it from the lobby. I could have just ordered and picked up and it would have been easier. I'm finally done with Pizza Hut. It's gotten to be far too expensive for trash pizza. Done.

The absolute worst experience I've had in my life. I was so pumped to get Detroit Pizza that I love. I spent literally 20 min trying to put an order in. They kept hanging up on me. I put my order in about 4 times. We waited and waited, decided to call to see what was going on, turns out they didn't even have it on file. What the hell is going on with these people? We ended up ordering from Delizia pizza nearby in North Brunswick. Pizza Hut is being run by Muppets. I'm convinced of it.
