New team is friendlier than the last and service has improved recently.Vegetarian options: The black bean burger at smash burger is the best. Great to see someone put more effort than slapping a beyond meat patty (whatever the heck that is) between their usual menu items. It is unique and one of the best options when craving a vegetarian burger.

I JUST ORDERED A CHEESE BURGER & FRIES & USED GRUBHUB & WAS DELIVERED ICE COLD! BURGER & FRIES WAS LITERALLY COLD.. VERY DISAPPOINTING..AS SOON AS I HAD PUT IN THE ORDER I CALLED LESS THAN 10 MINUTES & THEY TOLD ME MY ORDER WAS READY I WAS SHOCKED, HOW CAN MY ORDER BE READY AND GOING TO SIT THERE FOR 30 TO 40 MINUTES ???

I got a horrible store experience from a male staff who appeared the store’s general manager, per the tag on his chest. He was very inpatient in listening to what I was trying to order and constantly interrupted me on what I was trying to say. He always looked at me with a pair of fierce eyes when he was taking my order or talking to me. His verbal responses during the whole ordering process were so discriminated and full of hatred. He repeatedly gave me the wrong drink that came with the order. At the end I quitted on getting the right drink as I couldn't wait to get my food and out of the store. The more I engaged with this angry man the more likely that I will get a punch from him on my face. It was a horrible restaurant experience that I have ever had in last 20 years of life I would say. I should have just walked away from the store without buying anything as he didn’t deserve my business. I put this poor rating of my google review for this store visit as his horrible customer service deserves it. I won’t settle by how I, as a customer, was treated so I filed a complaint to SB.
Came here with loving family members in 2015 and 2023, food is delicious, place is clean and the staff is friendly. Thanks to Joe for great service at the counter.

This location was very understaffed. Only one person in front to take orders and the money. The same person also packs and hands out all the take out orders, and answers the phone and takes phone orders....no wonder no one answered when I tried to call. No friendly greeting or faces on my visit. No one in the dining area cleaning tables. No napkins came with the food, and no napkins in stock in the beverage area. It was a chore to order, the print on the overhead sign is very small, and the cashier was not into giving options when ordering. I ended up with cheese on my single create your own burger, even though it was not requested. The dining area was not well lit and just not a friendly atmosphere to enjoy a meal. I don't think this location is doing so well.

Do not order for a family of 5 to go without checking your order before you leave! We’re missing two orders of fries and a burger. It’s a shame because the burgers are good (for the ones who got lucky to receive their burger). Can you tell I’m the one who didn’t get a burger?! Let’s get some quality and quantity control Smashburger! The haystack onion rings were just an oily clump laying on the bottom of the container. Not crispy, not enticing, won’t get those again. See the pic- bleh.

I fail to understand, when ordering online, why you would allow one to customize their burger if you're just going to make it how you want to. I was extremely hungry, and had a late order after working a 14 hr day. When my food arrived, I could smell the onions through the door. I requested only cheese and ketchup only. I end up with an over sauced mess, loaded with pickles, tomatoes and onions. $12 burger tossed in the trash. I won't comment of ones lack of ability to read; I will however, never eat this trash again.Dietary restrictions: They don't care about what you want or don't want, they'll give you what they want to.
