Understand you're short staffed but to have customers waiting to order is never a good look. If you have 3 or 4 people in the back that cannot come to the front to take an order is ridiculous.

To get served at this Wendy's you need to arrive 30 minutes before their closing time or they will not serve you any food as well as Wendy's Frosty's. The only item you can order literally is only the fountain drinks the explaination that's given is how everything is shut down so they cannot make any food....This also happens with orders that are placed in the app that have already been paid. An on the spot refund will not get issued as they explain that their stores policy is for the customer to call Wendy's Customer Service Center. They state that only the Customer Service Agents have the ability to issue a refund.So Good Luck!!

At this point it really is all about the timing and your luck of getting food from takeout. I get it, it's fast food but hot nuggets from them are tasty. But you don't get them like that everytime..but it's nice that they are open late.

They open at 6:30AM, but they're not ready to go at that time. My order took forever this morning. And the guy gave me a hot coffee when I asked for iced coffee. I didn't have time to wait for him to fix it.

Went here today they messed up two of my burgers and didn't give me my daughters fruit punch mind you ordered through the drive thru to end up having to go in twice because they messed up my order and when I spoke to manager instead of being apologetic he sucked his teeth at me .. Staff is jus horsing around and not working so instead of sucking your teeth at the customer you messed up their order actually do ur job and manage so you don't inconvenience yours customers and apparently yourself from doing your job Mr. manager ..
