this was my first time trying wing stop i had high hopes but it wasn’t my favorite. the mild wings weren’t very flavorful and the french fries were soggy. the ranch was pretty good but not my favorite.

The service here is the worst. I tried to order online but they just hung up on me. I enjoy eating their wings but I will not be ordering from this wingstop until they fix up their service. Do not recommend coming

Everything is very normal, the truth is, the consumption is quite simple. There was a promotion about Garlin lemon. I'm afraid to say that it is misleading advertising because it tasted like everything except lemon. They were white balls that were just as hard as a stone. The sauces were pleasant, but the wings were... accompany tasted very ugly and very normal not horrible I would not go back there do not buy the garlic wings very bad

I was 5 min from the store it states 16 to 21 mins for order to be ready ,I notice my son pick the wrong flavor being I had time I go inside and ask to switch the flavor the young lady said no I can't it's done ,I should have call I told her I was pulling up as the order was just place .She still insist she can't and said to me it will be a waste of food ,so I told her to refund me my money I don't want it..so basically you're wasting the food regardless. She goes im going to be wasting it regardless. The other cashier said you don't have to be rude I told her I wasn't I work with people too.Needless to say I left without proof of refund and she said I will recieve a email tomorrow and refund 3 to 5 days later..The attitude I received never going there again...I wouldn't recommend this location to a dog ..good luck

Placed an order thru UberEats at this location. Ordered the garlic parmesan and Hawaiian - the two mildest flavors. The driver delivers our order fine. The fries and ranch were very good. The garlic parmesan was ok - weird being a dry rub, just kind of felt like grated parmesan cheese and a bit of garlic powder. I take a bite of the Hawaiian - and immediately spit it out. I can handle a little heat, but this made me gag and chug my water. My boyfriend sampled just the sauce and he admitted it was extremely hot. I then see it's doused in bright red sauce, not looking very citrus or sweet. I compared pictures - they gave us the OG hot, so completely opposite on the flavor scale. We had to toss them as they were inedible. We left a negative review on UberEats and they gave us a credit, which is appreciated. I get people make mistakes but the sauce is literally the whole meal. And what if someone had allergies or diet restrictions? My boyfriend said his wings were just ok. Bad experience for our first time getting Wingstop.

I waited 40 minutes and didn't get my order. Three families that ordered after my order received their food as well as multiple to-go orders. My order was nothing special 2x 6 piece combo. Never again beyond disappointed. I asked for a refund and left! Don't drink the Tea, it tastes like it was made with dirty water. Yuck ?

first of all, me and my dear friend walked in and attempted to order some food. we waited for 30 minutes for our turn, and before our turn was even given, we were told there would be a 40 minute walk in wait. i was baffled, and as a loyal customer i was shooketh and obviously something like this should have been told to us well before we waited 30 minutes. i was late to my therapy appointment and by time i got there i was starving. therefore my mental health has declined and as i write this, i am hearing voices for some reason.
