To be fair, the food is good. Great portions, really fresh. I am pregnant and have had to order only vegetable sushi, but even that is top notch. Also, the kitchen usually throws in a little bonus appetizer like edamame or seaweed salad which is a nice touch! (I always order direct from their website).Unfortunately, the last few times we’ve ordered from here, the service hasn’t been great. An order for miso soup and two or three vegetable rolls has routinely taken over an hour for pickup. My husband has gone to pick up the food and has had to wait for 30 mins or more while the staff prioritizes DoorDash and UberEats orders. According to him, the people at the front were not very helpful or apologetic. Again, this has happened several times. On one occasion, we had been waiting so long we had to cancel our order and get a refund.It is disappointing, but it’s probably just a sign of the times. I hope this restaurant does well with their food delivery business, because they’re pushing away loyal, direct customers.

This place was so cozy and lovely, with such tasty food and delightful service! It was so kind of the owner to give us so many free samples with our food! We ordered the (very well priced) sushi combos, which were two special rolls with miso soup (and I got a boba and some kani salad) and it was delicious. The owner also gave us a pot of green tea, veggie gyoza, the house salad, and some blueberries at the end. She came over often to ask how we were doing. We ended up with leftovers because there was so much food. It was also a very cute atmosphere with doodles from the customers all over the walls. I would definitely come back!Vegetarian options: There seemed to be at least one vegetarian option in all the sections.Parking: It was relatively quiet when we went so the lot might fill up if there are more customers but I had no problems.Kid-friendliness: There were markers, notepads and a sheet to doodle on, if any customers came with kids. I didn’t but I doodled anyway lol.

Quickly became my favorite sushi restaurant. The quality of food, presentation and care taken by this restaurant is outstanding. I gave 4 stars on atmosphere because the place is small with maybe 10 tables and feels more like a takeout place than a dining restaurant. Doesn’t stop me from dining in though!!
