“I finally was able to stop by and checkout this chicken spot on 22…The food was good sauces mix well with the chicken and fries…However the service was top tier! One of the workers by the name of Destin helped me along the way I forgot the sauces he recommended but I mixed them up and it turned out to be the perfect blend I was looking for. So any first timers I highly recommend to ask for Destin clearly his palate is there! Inside the restaurant made me laidback I guess because of the wall art…I’ll definitely will be returning soon.“
“So i just ordered my first meal from this place , i was a little nervous because of all the bad reviews they seem to have but i was pleasantly surprised ! I ordered chicken tenders for my child , chicken was cooked well moist and seasoned great . I myself had a jersey burger which was immaculate i will say the bread was soggy but i personally dont mind that as i like a good juicy burger so i expect my buns to be soggy . (Also im hung over and this burger really hit the spot lol). My partner order an lone star burger which he was raving about . Their fries with honey mustard sauce is a match made in heaven to your taste buds . I am a food reviewer and typically try alot of places and later leave my notes . I wanted to make sure to make a review on this place as i think most of their bad reviews are unfair and biased of personal preferences . “This was our first time trying Pollo Campero in the U.S. and was really blown away on how delicious it taste like back home in Guatemala.The Yuca fries are to die for. They are soft, moist, and crispy on the outside.The chicken was delicious and juicy.Our order came out as expected. The chicken was extra fresh out the oil.The staff here were very welcoming and helpful.The restaurant is clean, especially the two bathrooms (you will need a code from the cashier to unlock the bathroom doors), and quiet.This is located in a busy area but there is parking at the back of the restaurant!I highly recommend stopping here to grab some fresh chicken to eat!“

“I met the owner at the BH location tonight. Super nice guy and his staff is great. He owns a location in Madison as well. All the food we got togo was great. The tenders were a 4 of 5. Ribs 4 of 5. The mac & cheese was awesome. Sweet potatoes mashed were sweet. Stuffing was amazing. She said her mild crispy chicken sandwich was very good. All the sides looked super fresh. It's like a cross between Nandos and a Boston Market. I'll be back.“

“I can't say much that hasn't already been said before. The food is excellent, crispy and hot and delicious. I am particularly fond of the Soy Garlic and Galbi boneless thighs which are melt-in-your-mouth exquisite. Onion rings are "okay", nothing special but still tasty. The fried dumplings are excellent and can be a meal by itself.The one sincere complaint I do have, and the reason for the low "service" rating and the missing fifth star overall, is this: They don't label their food. I often order as part of a group (lunch at work) so we'll order several different varieties, and every time we have to spend several minutes figuring out whose chicken is whose. Sure, some of them are obvious but a lot of them are not; I challenge anyone to discern between Secret Spicy, Hot Spicy, and Spicy Galbi based on sight and smell alone. To me, this just reeks of laziness on behalf of the restaurant. Literally all they need to do is keep a permanent marker next to the packing station and write the contents on each box. If every other restaurant can do this, why can't they? Once they start marking the boxes with the contents I'll happily bump this to five stars, but until then.....“

“In drive-thru they have made multiple divisions with ropes and waiters stood at the starting point of rope holding ipads to take orders but the display menu is in the middle of the rope way. Both the students were leisurely talking to each other on oneside, being the first time visitor to particular location we have moved to the menu board and the students were shouting behind. We stopped car and asked, they said we need to order there itself but we said we need to go through menu board, one student annoyingly came up to menu board and took order. By the time we have collected our order few things are missing and chicken was not crisp. Mostly these days in drive-thru, orders are given recklessly thinking we are not going to see the customer back as they are moved and gone from the place.Parking: There is a vast parking. Better go for dine in.“

Added an extra wing and drum stick. Price is fair considering it’s fresh. Chicken was crunchy and waffle didn’t even need syrup.
