The weather sucked but the location and the company was great. Good times!

I cancelled because after reading the reviews that were basically all saying the same thing I just couldn’t stay there. I was still charged 25% of my first night deposit. He asked me why, I lied because it was too awkward to say the place sounds like a dump so I’m cancelling. I read they charge 25% of your first night deposit 2 weeks before trip but maybe I misread it. But seriously it wasn’t even 48 hours! Anyway, because I booked before reading the reviews I’ll take the loss but since it was less than 2 days I think that’s ridiculous and glad I’m not going to place if people like that run it.

Last time I was there, the place is getting rundown main complaint was in the summertime, air conditioner, not blowing cold. The room was hot. They gave me a portable air conditioner did not do much. I had a view to the ocean they told me to keep the curtains closed that defeated the whole purpose of the view. I haven’t been back since I’ve been going other places.

I ordered my room on their website, my friends ordered on the phone. They received a whole different price. I called to inquire why received a whole new price and was told it's more to book online. So just a heads up, don't book a room online. I've been here 10 times atleast but after this I won't be going back.

The rooms are larger than most other hotels in Wildwood. We love the convenience of being right on the boardwalk, having an indoor Waterpark and bar/

We stay there year after year. Because of the location. Could be a great place to stay. But they don't take care of the place. Elevator,s are filthy dirty. Advertise a gym. Completely run down for many years now. Ice machines out of service for years no. It's a shame. Must have been great when it first opened.

Absolutely disgusting. room was full of mold, ceiling was cracking away, stove had no knobs, toilet looked like it was never even cleaned - the manager/owner was completely rude and laughed at us when we mentioned it was dirty and full of mold.I would suggest sleeping in your car before you even think to stay here. Awful.

You can see that at one time this was an awesome resort. However the owner is just sucking the life out of this resort for every penny. Eventually an investor will buy it and turn into

We were here for a fire company convention last week. Loved this place, we had an efficiency room with a balcony, overlooking the boardwalk and beach, Restaurant that is part of the hotel was great too!!Rooms: The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but let's face it, nothing is ever as comfortable as your own bed at home, no matter where you stay.Nearby activities: Boardwalk in Wildwood has plenty to offer, activities, shopping, great eats!!Walkability: Easy access to the beach and boardwalkFood & drinks: Plenty of variety for food and drinks

Is it a palace? Maybe not . But my room is always clean, add the Red parrot lounge and Adams restaurant which has good food by the way,and it's always a great time . Been staying here for years.

Hotel looks very old, but the inside of the rooms are very nice. My biggest issue was the bedding. The comforter was stained, I pulled the sheets back and they were covered with sand and dirt. Clearly never changed and when we asked for fresh bedding they gave us a flat sheet, and fitted sheet, no comforter. Floors were also pretty dirty, and the couch. Other guests were extremely loud with a plethora of unsupervised kids. The mini water park was neat, but the chlorine smell burned your eyes all down the hallway. Location wise it's good, right on the boardwalk and beach entrance.

Prime board walk location if you don't want to be in the middle of all the noise. We got a family room with an ocean view. The room we had was an older room but it was clean. The AC worked. Everything in the kitchen worked. The staff was very nice. The house keeper, Alyssa, was so kind. She made the beds and cleaned up the room everyday. She even made our kids bed and arranged their stuffed animals, which they got a kick out of. The front desk staff was very kind. The outdoor pool was clean. It was actually right under our balcony. The indoor pool was clean, though 'water park' I wouldn't call it. It was a pool with 2 slides.Overall it was a good stay. If we come down again we would probably stay there again.

My husband and I just returned from vacation. We had an ocean front room. It was perfect! It was clean and well stocked with everything that was supposed to be there. The only complaint we had is I have a bad back and the couch was VERY old and needs to be replaced. I couldn't sit on it the whole time. Everyone at the hotel was very nice! Yes the elevator is very slow but there's an elevator!!!!!!! I don't have to do the stairs!!!Food & drinks: Bar and restaurant downstairs

Went on a family vacation and absolutely loved the location. Right at the beginning of the boardwalk and an amazing view. Two pools, one indoor one outdoor. With a little play area near the indoor my 3 year old loved it. We could access the outdoor pool easily from our room and had a nice area to grill and lounge. That being said there were many things left to be desired. We recieved a strong impression that the hotel did very little to maintain the property. The elevator was filthy and the rooms were no better. The air conditioning barely worked in all 4 rooms in our party. The kitchens are not meant to be used. Any use of the stove sets off the fire alarm, even just turning the oven on to preheat. The plates/cups are all mismatched. They have no utensils for you to use for cooking; tongs, spatula, paper towels, etc. There were several small holes in the wall that were not patched up. The floors were filthy and when we had someone come clean its was poorly done. The cleaning staff dont seem to be equipped well, they mop by using a towel soaked in bleach pushed around by a broom. In our party we had four rooms and all of them had issues w the patio doors. We were on the 3rd floor and our patio opens up to the public area. Our first room had issues with the door staying on the track and was very difficult to close. The second room had the lock installed upside down so it didn't work. The third, my room, had the lock broken and not functioning. We spoke to the front desk at 8am and finally had someone come at 7pm to look at it. After an hour of attempting to fix it the solution was a stick for the door jam to keep it locked. I have two children and the patio is accessible to the public so it was very concerning for me to have this be our only solution. The view is great and the pools are nice but for the money it was just not acceptable to feel like we were in a dump.Rooms: Filthy, not maintainedNearby activities: Great access to the boardwalk
