It was really good. More of a traditional Japanese restaurant. The fish was fresh. The people were very nice. And the remodel/new owners did a good job upgrading and making the place nice. Everything was reasonably priced.
My favorite nigirizushi place thus far had been a small establishment on Thompson Street in the city until I tried this place. The offerings are quite remarkable in sincerity, craftmanship, and artistry at irresistible value points. I feel lucky to have a restaurant of this caliber in our neighborhood.
