We really love the food here, but service is often slow and twice they lost our order despite our calling ahead of time. We still go back because of the quality of food but it's frustrating when you try and pick it
I was disappointed. Servers choose other people when you were waiting first. Then she puts in other cookies that I told her I ddnt want! and which I did so I was stuck paying! because you don't know until home and then they closed. But the ones i wanted were good. Wish they post prices.The cannoli pastry st joseph zeppolas was mixed with alot of cream so they stretched it. Not good.. it true Italian cannoli cream. But at least fresh.Besides this is supposed to be Italian but I ddnt see any Italian people serve So not everyone speaks English.

I was disappointed. The cookies that I asked for raspberry was something else.The apricot ones were good.The st Joseph Zepollas were fresh but I asked for canolli was not Canolli cream ! It was something mixed in. My guests will be disappointed too. The helper doesn’t get English either. To properly help.

Ordered a birthday/st. Patrick's day cake originally for 3pm pick up. Plans changed, so I called to change it for 12 noon pick up (a week in advance), but the ticket wasn't updated, so it wasn't ready. We waited and wasn't disappointed. The cake was beautiful and delicious. Next time, I'll just have to call twice for pick up

I usually stop in only for cookies. One of the days i stopped in i was ignored upon entering and had to call one of the ladies over for help. I noticed one of the ladies had a cold, and was cleaning her nose while wearing the same gloves she uses to assist with orders. She shoved the tissue back in her pocket and continued to assist customers with that same glove. Very unsanitary. This was not the woman who assisted me thankfully.. but i do think they should have a talk with staff about sanitary practices because that was very distasteful.
Super cute little Italian bakery, it has a restaurant attached to it. It’s my family’s go to bakery, they have this amazing almond cake… my mouth is watering thinking about it. I went yesterday to pick up a family members birthday cake, and I ended up getting a cupcake, a tiramisu and a lava cake. Everything tasted good but hats off to the tiramisu! It wasn’t too sweet and it was sooo light, wish i had some right now. Customer service was good too , I had my toddler with me that wanted a specific cupcake and the girl behind the counter accommodated my toddler’s preferences

So my wife loves the chocolate cannolis and I do also but the only problem that I have is for the price $2.50 each for the tiny cannolis that they sell every single one of them only has cannoli filling on each end and the middle is empty completely empty this is has happen to me twice now and the 2 time I have purchased a dozen each time every single dozen has been empty in the middle this is ridiculous for the price I am paying which is $27.50 I might as well go to calandras and get them there times are hard out here in 2023 and I’m trying my best to keep little bakery’s like this in business but if your going to short end me then I might as well take my business somewhere else get it together and fill the damn cannolis all the way
