Dunkins are never consistent, even by location. This one has messed up my drink a few times but not as many as the other local locations. Customer service is ok, nothing spectacular but not terrible either.

Large place, tables if you wish to eat there, is located in a plaza mall, service is good. Bring patience and don't lose your receipt until you get your stuff.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, doors are manual, Bring a friend to open the doors.
I bought a coffee cake muffin around 6:30 this morning and it's hard as a rock. I was going to use it to put a birthday candle in for a co-worker's birthday and I can't even get the candle into it. Dunkin' donuts, as it has for the past probably 15 years, sucks! The only reason I even went to dunkin' donuts is because there isn't a bakery in the area that's open at 6:30 in the morning. I will not make that mistake again I will drive to Newark and go to Calandra's!!!

Amazing this place is atill open. The staff is really friendly though but the place is a complete disaster. Doughnuts are stale and the espresso machine never works. I’m surprised the lights work there as it’s such a dosaster. Stay away!
