I always order delivery on Grub Hub and im never disappointed with the food. The portions are very large and the food is really good. I like the buffalo tender with fries the cheese steak and fajitas with beef. If you're hungry then this is the place to order from.

I’ve been a customer at this store for awhile but I will no longer be going back. Last week Saturday I must have called the store about 7 times and each time someone answered and hung up on me. I was truly craving their breakfast and at this point I was a bit annoyed about being continuously hung up on. I decided to just go into the store to place my order. Once I get into the store I asked the girl at the counter if she kept hanging up my call and she said “yes.” & I asked how come, I was told because there is no cook. I expressed how unprofessional that was. I could’ve simply been told over the phone there isn’t a cook and it would’ve saved me a trip going there. This is the second time I’ve dealt with rudeness from this store. Although their food is good, it is not worth the unprofessionalism given to their customers. I am more than sure I am not the only customer she kept answering and hanging up on. I do hope this store gets their employees together and teach them how to be more professional regardless if there is a cook or not. I would’ve completely understood.

We have been customers of Gone with the Wings for many years but, after tonight, we will never go there again. We placed an order for Super Bowl Sunday several days before, but when I went at the requested time they were not even close to ready. I waited about 40 minutes (being told repeatedly 'we are working on it', '5-10 more minutes', etc) until I had to leave and ended up having to cancel the order. The employee seemed annoyed at me for asking for status updates, ended up just kind of yelling at me, and was overall just rude and discourteous. I am not actually sure if they ever started my order - I couldn't get a straight answer from the employees I talked to. The wings have generally been quite good, but to be honest they're not nearly good enough to put up with this level of aggravation. There are several other places in town to get wings (such as Bonchon) - I will probably just go there from now on, and would recommend others do the same. I would hate to have others go through the same frustrating experience as the one we had tonight.

This place for a long time was filthy . I gave these place another try and they cleaned there act up .The food was always good but now the cleanliness matches the food.,,,,,yah.

The foods so good but the service makes me never want to go here. The big girl that works the register is never smiling and always has an attitude. I’ve worked customer service before and no matter how hard my day was I would always smile and everytime I come this girl is never happy. The atmosphere is also so bad, there’s always a fight or something going on. Anyways tell your employee to be more friendly or you lose customer.

I tried this place one time and it was good, not perfect but good. We were craving wings again so we ordered. I was shocked at how expensive it got. Additionally, my kids wouldn't even eat the tenders. They were bland and flavorless. Their fries were greasy and all stuck together. The mild wings aren't mild. Theyre just spicy. I called the restaurant for a refund and he demanded that I drive over there to show him the food and then he would maybe give me a 50% refund. He said I was lying and that he's been in business 23 years. After dropping 83 dollars on chicken and fries you can definitely get better quality and service from your local KFC. I can with all certainty say, I'll never be ordering there again. I dropped over 80 bucks, got called a liar, and we're all still hungry. Go ahead and give urban chicken a try though. They're pretty legit if you're looking for wings in the area.

I’m giving 5 stars bc their food whether breakfast, lunch or dinner is always amazing! Nothing I don’t love here except… I just tasted the worst meatloaf of my life. They took ground beef loaded w taco seasoning, threw it in the oven, and smothered it w mushrooms n gravy. Now someone that grew up making that by hand w grandma the European way I am flabbergasted. I’m not shaming the restaurant bc I love everything eise they make but they need to take that off their menu. ??♀️??♀️??♀️ I’m traumatized n sad bc anyone that’s never had it before if they eat that they’ll be traumatized bc it tastes so bad and never want to try it again.I love y’all’s food so so so so much but please do better meatloaf or delete it from your menu.

Good wings . We tried the honey garlic and hot wings. Both were good. The wings wereba good size and cooked well. Decent price and the employees are nice . I ordered on Superbowl Sunday so they were really busy. Street parking.

Was excited that they started offering a wednesday wing night and ordered the 15$ wing special. (which is the reason i decided to do takeout tonight). when i picked up they charged me full price and said it was because i didnt mention the special when i ordered. whats the point of having a special if you have to remind the place they have the special? seems like a scam to me

Ordered food for delivery and literally waited almost 2 hours for a hot dog, fries, a sandwich which came with mashed potatoes and empanadas. The hot dog was cold. Fries were cold and soggy. Sandwich was roast beef, severely overcooked I couldn’t even use a fork & knife to cut it. The mashed potatoes were boxed, flaked, fake mashed potatoes! The empanadas were the size of a quarter and cold. They tried to charge me $40 and that was the last straw! I called the manager and he told me that the girl added up the food wrong and that my total was only $27. He didn’t try to make anything right about the wait time or inedible food. This is exactly how you lose customers like this one. Don’t waste your time or money.
