I wish i could give zero stars! I have never been so disgusted and embarrassed. I recently won a gift card from a tricky tray from Lincoln school in the beginning of the year sometime in April 23 at the chandelier. I ordered about $45 dollars of food which gift card was for $20. I walked in and proceeded to pay. The girl at register whom had the most disturbing attitude to be the greeter and even the overall one to be dealing with customers. I hand her the gift card and she goes” what the hell is that and shows her coworker clearly the manager asking him if he is honoring it. He called me all types of liars saying he never gave these cards out ever. He took over business in February and he said it was impossible that i won this at the tricky tray when he donates all the time to tricky trays. First of all if he took over the business in February the PTA would have already received this donation in preparation for the tricky tray. When you take over a business the professional thing to do was to honor the petty $20. But clearly they have no idea of professionalism cause he never would have allowed the girl with the nasty attitude to speak that way to a customer nor would he have either. Needless to say i walked away with no food and would never patronize this establishment nor Pags as they are the same. I see why it was empty in there. Do better

This place used to have It's own location but for some reason is now inside Pags. It's odd because when you go inside you don't know if you are at pags or what's going on lolI used to like it and would oder for delivery often, but recently visited and the service was horrible. They have a young girl with curly hair, light skin that has a disgusting attitude. She was very rude and seemed annoyed that she had to be there and serve me. I was with my 10 year old son and he witnessed her get nasty and no longer wants to eat there. She seems miserable the poor thing. I suggest getting employees that want to work so that you guys won't loose any more customers in the future because I sure won't be back. Good luck to you guys .

Food was once well worth it, now the price oversizes the value. The combos are now considerably overpriced for what you get. For much of the day, it's quiet and relaxing, but (FAIR WARNING!) STAY AWAY IN THE LUNCH AND AFTER SCHOOL HOURS! This place gets inundated with middle/and high school kids who fill up the few seats there are, are loud, obnoxious, and foul mouthed. In addition, out of the fifty or so who cram in at that time, maybe 2 or 3 are actually buying food; the rest are there to just hang out, spout off, and make nuisances of themselves to the staff and other customers. A few had even taken to glaring at me for "taking up their seats". All in all, not a comfortable scene or atmosphere here, and while I do like the food, it's not worth the trip here anymore.

I was so disappointed with my latest lil burger delivery. The fries were greasy and half cooked. The chicken sandwich had tomatoes on it when it never has tomatoes on it. The lettuce wasn’t bright and crispy. Even the chicken was subpar. The whole order was disappointing. I hope I didn’t get a virtual kitchen making my lil burger order— because the whole thing was off. I guess no more deliveries for me. I didn’t even get a Poland spring water. I got a Kirkland water. And my large coke ended up being a can

This place was always melt in your mouth until they moved locations and changed recipes as well it seems. It used to be my go to for the perfect quality smash style patty and as of recent the patty’s were weird in texture, (lighter in color, a little rubbery) not at all like the burgers they once were! I don’t think they’ll last long as a burger joint unless they seriously revert back to the old recipe in every way. They were above standard, now they’re below. If I stop by in a couple of months to try again I’m just hoping they have that special flare back. Usually mini burgers in general are mediocre and dry and the old Lil Burgers always knew how to make them the opposite of that. Willing to try again. Hope the new owners can hold it down. I have faith.

Second time I come here, food is always cold and dry. I don't understand how they have good reviews. We had burgers and fries and a grilled chicken sandwich. It was all cold/room temperature. We gave them a chance and complained. The kid just stared at us nervously and did nothing. I like to support local business, but I don't recommend this place.

Pretty good but a few months ago a kid had a water bottle and decided to punch it so the worker said Water bottle puncher out but he did not leave and after he refused for so long the other worker said who Evers not buying anything get out which I don’t agree with Aslo the water bottle puncher did not get kicked out unfortunately

Hi. Just got to lil burgers. Really upset. The sign says if u check in you get 5% off. There is no other sign saying other wise. The girl at the register said they don’t do that no more smh ?♀️.Then I order , my bill comes out to 42$ and change only for the cashier to call me and say no taco bites smh ?♀️ again. So I was going to get onion rings, no onion rings smh ?♀️ again and again. Now my 8 year old son going to eat and the poured salt all over the burger buns. SMH smh smh ?♀️. Not good for business. Been here a few times, very disappointed today. I only came because my husband passed away and this was the last place he took our adopted boys. ?
