I noticed my chicken was undercooked and called back to explain what I found. The manager told me to bring it back and that they’d give me a new order. There was a couple dining in and a customer at the counter, so obviously she tried to discredit me by saying that it isn’t undercooked and that I should’ve asked for it to be well done. Um… chicken should always be well done or else you get salmonella! She got an attitude and said I could either get my money back or get a new order. The chef was trying to be nice and understanding - which I appreciated - and told me he already prepared my new order, but it was up to me. I asked him for the new order and the manager very sarcastically asked if I wanted to check it. I said yes and cut the chicken in front of her and the chef, and of course, it was perfectly cooked. The chef agreed that chicken is supposed to look WHITE and she just yelled at him in their native language. I left and she was undoubtedly cursing me out in her native language, but I could care less. I wasn’t going to get sick because of their negligence, and by the looks of other reviews, this isn’t the only time they’ve served undercooked chicken. Disgusting.

This place SUCKS. I’ve ordered here many times before but never again. I was brought the wrong food by a delivery driver who yelled at me for not having the money for something more expensive that I DIDN’T order.. I came back with the money & he was yelled at me AGAIN for not tipping on his DISGRACEFUL attitude. I called the business to talk to a manager several times and they kept hanging up the phone on me. They delivery driver was outside of my place and he kept calling me. I really felt threatened. They lost my trust.

This is hands down the place to go for Chinese take out in Nutley. Great food, awesome service, friendly people and an online system that confirms your orders. Big portions for a great price and the food is always super fresh and delicious.

I am a disabled senior. I ordered delivery and live in senior bldg. I said they must come in elevator up to 3rd flr as I cannot come to lobby. They didn't and kept calling for me to come downstairs. I refused to give a tip after that. Then the guy was very nasty and stormed out the door. No tip if you don't bring to my door as asked. I will not go there again.

Torn with this review. We ordered online and they were quick that’s probably the only reason for the 3 stars. The food itself was flavorless and the portion sizes were really small compared to other chinese restaurants in the area.

Had the Pork fried rice & Chicken Wings and by far was the best Chinese food Ive had in the whole city! 2 thumbs up!! I Absolutely loved it! The best part was how fresh the food was! Big fan! One of the worse places to do business. I ordered for delivery, when the delivery person came he said they charged your credit card. First of all I told them i will pay cash when I placed the the order, I checked the last four digits it matched my card, when I called I asked them why do they even have my credit card on file and who authorized them to use it? While discussing on the phone with Sophie, she called me stupid, when if I can give them zero stars I would, also they are equally as good placed around as them and cheaper in price. BEWARE!!!
