Pizza not very good. Also, they Need better staff up front. Seems common with most of the reviews

Just amazing pizza. Cracker thin crust lets you eat slice after slice without feeling bloated. Warning: this place is for serious eaters! Dieters and vegans stay home (although there are vegetable sandwich options!). Try something you think you won't like and I promise you'll love it. I had the Marciano sandwich. It's enough for three meals. Several pounds of the most moist, shredded short rib in its juice topped with frizzled thin onions and melted Swiss on the most perfect long roll. I am drooling from the memory of devouring it. Also, the staff is so polite. And the prices are very fair. You can usually find parking on the side streets. Go and treat yourself! Just try to get a reservation though because they tend to book at lunch and they are almost always booked for dinner.

Strange lighting, mediocre food, out of lots of things. Pizza cheese tastes off. Prefer lido thin crust pies. Tried a few pasta dishes and pizzas. Knots were good service was good.

I'd be ashamed to attach Michaels name to this place, pizza is not good and the customer service is even worse, whoever owns Michaels better right this sinking ship quick

Restaurant has a nice setup and is decorated nicely. Staff is friendly ... but the appetizers and dinner came out at the same time so our dinner was cold by the time we got through the appetizer. Mussels were chewy, gravy was delicious, pizza was delicious. Soda had no flavor. Doesn't seem to be real Coke. Not going back...WAY OVERPRICED.

I loved Nicky Boy's their food is always good and was thrilled that after recently developing a gluten sensitivity they had many gluten free options. My first time ordering from them since developing the sensitivity, my father was told over the phone that they could make any of the pies on their menu gluten free. When my pizza arrived it looked totally normal and I was shocked that it tasted and felt like a normal pizza. That's because it was. They didn't bother to inform us that they made a normal pie while still charging for a gluten free pie and I was left horribly sick. I have come to find out now that they only make 12 inch gluten free pies and can not make any pie on their menu gluten free unlike what I had previously been told. I attempted to give the restaurant another chance this past weekend and was not notified of any problems with my order until I arrived to pick it up. The man behind the counter acted completely nonchalant about the situation saying they were out of gluten free dough so we just refunded the pie. No call, no notice, and not even an apology. He was rude and barely acknowledged the situation that his lack of effort in reaching out put me in. I understand restaurants are busy, I was the only one picking up at the time so he had the time to explain the situation to me, and I work at pizzeria myself which just makes this whole situation all that much more disappointing. I'm extremely grateful that my sensitivity is only that and not allergy because the lack of care and accommodation could have resulted in something much worse than a night of sickness.

I've tried this place a few times and the food was good which is what brought me back . But let's talk about that service. 1st off this place is ran by children. Young manager/owner has no idea what's going on . Ordered food took over an hour and half and not to mention more than half my order was missing and no one knew what was going on or where it was not to mention no one was in the place which I thought was weird for it being 8 pm on a Thursday evening. I've heard of this happening more and more lately from talk of the town. Maybe I'll try them again under different circumstances and if I have a better experience then I will gladly update my review.

I just started working there Friday. And saw the cook bringing this dish out. I asked what it was. Ginger flavored fried calamari. Omg this hit the spot. Highly recommend you to try this.

So glad that the people who ran Michael's prior to the mess Covid made are finally back! Food is very good. Will become our regular place to get a quick local meal. Their pizza was always our favorite.

We tried them for the first time, the pizza is the best thin crust around. Very friendly employees, great place. This is our new go to pizza place.
