First time ordering and last. My review is here since I guess they blocked reviews on the app. Mind you I was very excited since I ordered at 8am and waited until 12:30pm and I love sweets. But unfortunately they don’t pay attention to detail, costumers or overall experience. My only requirement was for the items to be separated especially since I ordered many and some twice (for a reason). They decided to just squish all together in a cup that only takes certain amount which equals to $10 bucks not $20. They could’ve been professional and called me to at least advice me that they couldn’t do that not cheat me of. I just spend basically $20 on a drink/dessert that was trash and was missing many ingredients. But their loss definitely won’t be ordering again from here. Don’t believe me look at the review right below me.

Unfortunately, today turned out to be quite disappointing. I splurged over 20 dollars on two taro taro drinks, hoping for a delightful experience, but it fell short. It was disheartening to find out that they didn't even contain half of what was supposed to be in them, and to make matters worse, we were handed the wrong cup sizes.

This place give fast severs and it always good. I love the workers here, they are so nice and easy to talk to! Great people and service, Taro tea is fire. I love the name and how that give you a card for free stuff it is pretty cool.

Employees were very friendly :) they are have many selections on their menu. I ended up getting the Mango cream cheese drink. And I also got a chocolate mocha donut with chocolate rice crispy on top. It was soft and delicious definitely coming back. They also give you a little card for everytime you visit they stamp it and on your 10th visit you get the drink for free.

10/2/2023 just got this mango milk tea had to throw it out I lost about 7dollars no flavor at all so disappointed it wasn’t shaken like it use to be shaken . It didn’t take good at all .

The best bubble tea I’ve ever had!! The mochi donuts are amazing! The staff is also super nice, the atmosphere is just great! After you come to this place you won’t want to go anywhere else for boba!
I really use to love this place I’m a little upset ! This is the 4th time in a month that my milk tea taste expired the young lady that was there today was the one that has done it the last 4 times and she just doesn’t know how to make it either that or the tea isn’t being made fresh I just went in there at 2pm took a sip after I drove off and had to throw it away . My husband works not to far from this place he stated a young man made his tea spend a little over 10 dollars and he had to also throw it away . Stating he will not go back there again ! I will try it one more time . If it’s the same thing I will never go back there again … ughhh it hard to fine a great boba spot . I’m really rooting for you guys
