First, the service is phenomenal! No complaints there at all! Lovely people working the counter, even when they’re swamped with orders.Second, I am not gluten free or kosher… so I am coming at this comparing their donuts to other “regular” donuts. I don’t know if that’s fair or not, but for anyone else going in lookin for “regular” donuts -I was SOOOOO disappointed. They look amazing, smell delicious and the menu is incredible. But they do not taste as good as they look. I didn’t even finish mine… and for a dozen, I spent over $40. That’s on me, I went all out. However, like I said, I was super disappointed with the taste and flavor. The donut was bland itself, and not fluffy - kinda heavy, and just not a pleasant texture or flavor. I had tried a red velvet with a bunch of topping, one stuffed with a sweet cream cheese (terrible too). Tried a chocolate one and vanilla. All the same off texture and flavor missing. The toppings and stuffing are there to amp whatever little flavor the donut has… so, just dampen your flavor expectations if you’re goin in comparing them to “regular” donuts. Or, perhaps it was an “off day” there. Great service though!

Fan-freaking-tastic, im about to order again. I love the product (obviously). Every time I go, no matter how slammed they are, the staff is always incredibly positive and helpful. I think this is something that is overlooked by many. We appreciate you amazing donut wizzards!
Absolutely love this place. Whenever I’m in the area, I make it a point to stop by and grab donuts. If you’re traveling up or down the parkway, it’s quick detour. I promise you it’s worth it.

We've been driving here from Brooklyn for years. We finally made the drive out yesterday after almost a two year hiatus and were very excited. Unfortunately, the service has completely gone downhill. We were first in line, yet everyone who ordered after us received their orders first. At first, I thought maybe it was because their orders were smaller but no. They looked like they were regulars and knew the workers by name and therefore got their donuts before us. We waited and waited and were apologized to for the long wait even though there was no one else in there by the time we got our donuts, yet we ordered before all of them. Left and drove away to realize they messed up our order and never gave us the churro bites we paid for, and the order was incorrect. Told the girl 4 chocolate donuts and got 6. What a mess. I gave two stars because the donuts are still delicious.

Greatest doughnuts you will ever have. I’ve been vegan for 7 years now and no vegan dessert has ever impressed me like these ! 10 out of 10! My bf mentioned this place he found searching for vegan desserts for me to try. He saw they were rated on a list of best doughnuts and after trying I know why. We got a box for a bday party and now we’re going to get them again for his bday in a few weeks lol! Thee most moist and fresh doughnuts you will ever eat I promise. Picking out the flavors we wanted was pretty fun too tbh lol so so many options. The women were very kind and even made fresh ones as they didn’t have many vegan ones left. Just a pleasant experience all around. The most delicious doughnuts I have and probably will ever have. They were that good… we all ate every single one. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND !
