Only gave one star because I couldn’t put Zero & still write a review. IF YOU ARE BLACK, DO NOT go here. They don’t treat other ethnicities equal & The cashier/manager is VERY rude & disrespectful. Would not even let me look at a paper menu (of which they have many sitting out for customers to take) he ignored me for 30 minutes & cut me off every time I began to speak to him & opted to speak to other customers that were of his same culture while letting them hold & read the menus and I was Very respectful & calm; After me trying to speak to him several times to pick up my orders. He also said some very nasty comments as I was waiting for the order & also said not to look at him ? . This man proved how racism is still well and alive, I couldn’t believe the way I was treated like nothing. I bit my tongue because I had my 3 year old Son w/ me… But if you scroll down the reviews, one other person has experienced this all well…I’m sure many of the reviews from black customers may have been removed by the owners. HUGE thumbs down ?? The world can be very cruel.

The kids menu chicken tenders are covered in corn flakes. It doesn’t specify that on the menu. It took them 25 minutes to make a hot dog (because they kept forgetting). And, they have one bathroom for a fairly large place, with lots of little kids (who take a while).

I don’t like to write bad reviews, but the sweet chicken was fried twice. It must have been sitting in King highway Glatt on Friday didn’t sell, and now they're frying again to save money. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS AGAIN!I don’t mind you raising prices as long as you keep your food the same.
The food was delicious hot and fresh. The manager s h a u l was courteous and helpful and we look forward to returning to Retro grill again in the near future

Sunday night placed our order. 20 minutes later we were told there’s a 40 or so minute wait. Obnoxious. Don’t know how to handle in person vs called in orders.
