They didn’t send any condiments for the two items orders so couldn’t eat the food had to order from another place dinner . The manager instead of listening to the problem blamed it on me .

Working in the area but normally frequented many kosher business in Lakewood. I can say this is the worst of any establishment. We ordered and they did not bring out our sides. The brisket was tougher than rubber. The fries are what you would expect from a frozen wholesaler. The counter service was poor and more than subpar.

I WAS CURIOUS HOW THE FOOD WAS SO CONSISTANTLY AWESOME. I ACTUALLY CALLED THE EATERY AND THE OWNER TOOK MY CALL. I ASKED HIM WHAT THE SECRET WAS AND HE SAID "NOT ONLY DO WE GET THE HIGHEST QUALITY AND FRESHEST INGREDIENTS BUT, EVERYTHING IS MADE THE WAY WE WOULD WANT TO EAT IT AND WE DONT CUT ANY CORNERS. TO THE OWNERS AND WORKERS AT PKS, YOU HAVEW GAINED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!Vegetarian options: MANY OPTIONS AVAIL!!!Kid-friendliness: EVERY ITEM ON THE MENU IS KID FRIENDLY AND SO YUMMY!!!Parking: PLENTY OF PARKING!!!Dietary restrictions: JSOR GLATT KOSHER!!!

Honestly, I wish I could give 5 stars to this place. Excellent food, clean place, and great location. However, they really need to brush up on their staff interactions with customers. Pretty uncomfortable at certain times.

Good kosher restaurant. The owner and staff try hard, but it's not easy to serve a very pushy and impatient clientele. Sometimes things go wrong, but that can happen anywhere.The reason it gets 4 stars and not 5, is because It says "Rib Eye Steak Sandwich" on their menu (See attached picture). what I got was some kind of chopped meat on a bun. They told my wife "It's rib eye steak. That's the way we do rib eye steak". The only problem is, that's not rib eye steak!So, this review will remain at 4 stars as long as the menu says "Rib Eye Steak Sandwich" but what they serve is not Rib Eye Steak. ?
