Terrible customer service. They did not honor their bogo deal on the blizzard because they do not have a scanner. Got 2 blizzards and one cone and they were runny which is not a first at this location.

They make anything you could ask for and it's delicious!The young kids who work there seem to enjoy their jobs, and the owner seems friendly.They share a block with a Burger King, and especially on summer nights, this is a fun hangout spot for teens.

What a A $$ hole the bald guy there ! Very creeping looking too lol . Never again will I buy here . I was waiting online and still undecided . wasn't ready to order so I let I let 2 guys with kids go go in front of me . I then excuse my self to asked a question to the men . That's when the bald guy said rudely to me I'm helping a customer ! Really !? I was just asking a question because , I had my 3 kids in the car and didn't want to wait onlineIf they didn't have what I was asking for ! I rather drive 15 mins to the wyckoff one where they are way more friendlier!!! Which I can give it a 0!

I am giving up. I gave this two stars bc I grew up going to this Dairy Queen. Unfortunately there is a male worker there whom I frequently encounter- tattoos on his arms- That has been super rude to me every time I go- like he's annoyed that I'm there. Very short answers and very snarky. I will be bringing my business elsewhere. Very sad after 30+ years of going there.
Went there today as I’ve been sick for the past week and wanted to get out of the house they gave my mom ice cream filled to the top and me literally one scoop idc if ur the same age as me it’s not hard to SCOOP ICE CREAM day=ruined because of girl with pigtails

It's always fun for me to go to DQ for a treat like I had when I was young. For me it's a butterscotch sundae with the soft ice cream, which is what I had here. Yum!

Service was fine. The vanilla ice cream mix was off. It was Very thin, airy, watery consistency. Off night perhaps but all three desserts were not right. Would consider other local ice cream establishments in the future.

Had the misfortune today of being behind a less than polite customer today who kept carrying on and making bizarre accusations such as the employees "shorting her on sprinkles" of all things. The employees were young, but all handled themselves with such grace and calmness that I believe they deserve a huge shout out. What a great bunch!
