We placed an order online and it was a disaster. Food showed up almost 2 hours after we ordered. We called the first time to have them say a manager would call us back and it never happened. We called a second time and got in touch with a manager just for them to hang up on us.The food finally arrived and it was mediocre at best. The General Tsos was overcooked and the spring rolls sat too long and were soggy. We’ve been a repeat customer here for years but there’s so much inconsistency I will start taking my business elsewhere

Highly disappointed at this place. It took an hour and a half to get our soups delivered. When we called to ask the status of the food, they said the manager will call back and never did. Then if you called again, they would not pick up for our number. We had to use different phones just for someone to answer. When we got the soups, the broths werent labeled which was problematic due dietary restrictions. Plus the food ended up being very underwhelming.
