The service was great. The food was average at best. Plus I had a hair in my French toast. Don't think I'll be back any time soon.

Very good staff and prices, but the wait times for our food weren’t acceptable. Food was good despite the wait.

We stopped at Adeline for a quick lunch with our 5 month old infant. The staff, specifically our waitress, Kathy, were very accommodating & welcoming. We all ordered a chicken sandwich & it was perfect! Sweet potato fries are a much add!

Wonderful breakfast with excellent service!

Great service by Kathy and delicious omelet. Beautiful environment! Prices were all around $10 which was really reasonable for a hotel restaurant overlooking the ocean!

We had breakfast and lunch here. The food is delicious. Large portions. Everything we had was great. Very reasonably priced. You will definitely get your moneys worth here and enjoy it. The very hardworking staff, especially Kathy and Dan ( who served us ) were hustling the whole time we were there greeting , serving all while smiling , so friendly and take the time to talk. We highly recommend Adelene and will be back. 5 stars

Not sure who's idea it was to fly an OPEN flag on days they are closed but... Fail. Walked 20 blocks for a nice lunch with the family.Update: came back today to give them a fair shot. Nobody at the front desk and nobody at the host stand. No customers either. This place is pretending to be open for some reason. 0 for 2.

Some of the best food I've ever had, and plentiful, too! Beautiful atmosphere and very friendly staff!

Highly disappointed.Staff was pleasant and friendly. We ordered Little neck Steamers and we were served previously frozen White Clams from Vietnam, which were void of flavor. I ordered the Marinated Grilled Chicken that was dry as can be and well overcook. My girlfriend ordered the Lemon Scallops that were nicely cooked, however they were swimming in a copious amount of butter. The green beans I ordered as my side were soggy and obviously frozen(they reminded me of Costco frozen green beans). It was nice that the restaurant allows BYOB, but it would have been nice to get clean glassware when we sat at the table and a wine bucket for our bottle of wine so it didn’t go warm before we finished.

We frequent Port O Call Hotel very often, Glen, Stephanie, joe an staff do an amazing job! The new superstar on the team is the chef at Adelene’s the ocean front Resturant in the hotel! We have had 2 visits there an each meal has been absolutely amazing! Also the resturant does allow alcohol,,the views of the ocean from the dining room are perfect! This hotel an resturant is a hidden gem, an a must go for sure!! Marisa & Andrea

We love this place! We've been coming here for 40 years, even before we got married. This place hasn't changed and is consistent. While we absolutely will continue to come here, we don't believe the burger buns can possibly get much smaller, unless they buy slider buns. We'd rather pay more and get a decent sized bun, but otherwise, this place is a mainstay.

What a special "prize" included with our September 2020 "Reflections of Summer" stay at Port O Call. Breakfast every day and it sure was delicious and plentiful! Covid CDC personal spacing and cleanliness practices were in evidence with all waitresses wearing masks. Food was outstanding with friendly and helpful staff. Well worth the time to have an enjoyable breakfast or lunch when visiting (or staying) in the Ocean City NJ area!

Our first visit, they were not very busy, but active. We waited awhile and an older employee grumbled "just wait a minute" a couple of times, then disappeared. An even older woman came out of the back, glared at us, wrote something down and vanished. We left. Tried again, two days later and they apologized for the previous staff and after we had eaten, comped our meal, Good food at prices that shoud get you great food. Pancake syrup is little messy containers of Smuckers! Seriously??? The staff the rest of the week were a little awkward in communication but gave good service.
